18 Graduation

The next day, Hinata showed up at the training ground poking her fingers with her head down, waiting for Naruto and me. Of course, it seems that she did her best to keep herself from passing out immediately when she saw Naruto as she looked up, but it might take some time for her to get used to it. It seems I will have to 'train' her in a different way. Mwahahah - *cough* *cough* I didn't mean THAT way, you dirty peeps.

Then, our training began. Surprisingly, it was Hinata that was the most experienced one in taijutsu and possibly chakra control amongst us. As expected of someone from the Hyuuga clan. Although, that was so, there was not really any way for her to teach Naruto as she can't seem to complete a conversation with Naruto.

After our training that day, I secretly approached Hinata and enacted the second step of my plan to acquire the girl. I offered that I would help train her be comfortable in Naruto's presence and be able to converse with him. She looked at me in surprise as she tried to deny her feelings, but I gave her no chance. Hence, it was settling. After training Naruto everyday, Naruto was sent home after which I would meet up with Hinata to 'train' her world view of Naruto. I'm surprised nobody from the Hyuuga clan came to stop me, but it seemed that they might be approving what I did anyways as the discrimination against the nine tails was the real deal.

Then after my Hinata training, I would train my own skills. With the THP I earned the last loop, I bought two new skills from the shop to train, Body Flicker Jutsu for 100 THP and Transformation Jutsu for 10 THP. I bought the body flicker just in case I need to escape for some reason and the transformation jutsu in hopes of at least having something useful to show Naruto when we train. Of course, I still had difficulty training these jutsus, but not as much as in the past as I was more familiar with Chakra now.

Just like that, four years passed uneventfully. I've become fairly close with both Naruto and Hinata, possibly more with Hinata even. I did my best to change Hinata's mind, but the best I could do was to get her to be less fixated on Naruto as she was able to converse with him like normal friends do instead of idolizing him so much that she would faint when she sees him; however, I was unfortunately still at best in her 'friend' zone. *sigh* On the other hand, I could have considered to have taught him transformation jutsu, or maybe not, as instead it seems that I learned from him the ultimate jutsu instead, the Sexy Jutsu.

However, it was no time to worry about that as it is finally time for graduation! Of course, with no doubt, I could pass with flying colors with my stats.

Although my stats did not increase as much as I desired, in the end, I could be said to be satisfied, especially since I was training so many more Jutsus at the same time. I did mainly focus on body flicker as it was an essential for dangerous situations; however, that technique seemed much more difficult to train on than expected. It took me a long time before I figured out that it was easier to train body flicker after I raised my level further in my body substitution technique. I wasn't really sure how they were correlated, if any at all, but in the end, the final verdict was that training was extremely slow it.

However, none of these were required for graduation. All that was needed was my clone jutsu which I had long been able to do; however, I did tone it down a bit although it was fairly perfect.

Unfortunately, even with my excellent teaching, Naruto still failed his clones; however, I knew he will be passing soon. Although I originally planned to sneak a peak at the forbidden scroll, I recently decided against it because I have this really unsettling feeling, as if someone is watching me at all moments. It might just be my feeling, but I certainly don't want to be caught in the act with Naruto if I really was being watched over, just for safety purposes until I get a Jonin sensei that can help me check who is targeting me, if any.

Unsurprisingly, when I walked into the room where we waited for our sensei, I saw Naruto bothering Sakura. I sighed, but could not help but internally fist pump as I walked over to sit with Hinata. Hinata gave me a sweet charming smile before we happily discussed who our sensei could be.

Then, time passed as the Jonins came to pick up their students. Hinata bid me farewell as she left with Kurenai. Eventually, the room was left with Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and me. Huh? It couldn't be... could it be the butterfly effect and that I would end up in Kakashi's team?! But I thought there would only be three in each team? However, I secretly couldn't help but excited.

Just like that, time passed as Naruto set up the prank for Kakashi. Eventually, Kakashi came in late as usual, stepping right into the trap. Although I wanted to laugh, but I held it back to give the best impression I could for my future sensei, Kakashi.

Then, Kakashi called out Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura's name, bringing them away. Huh?

I was confused as I heard Naruto ask Kakashi why I was all left alone. Kakashi gave a quick glance in my direction, but I felt like his eyes were those of pity. He then told Naruto that my sensei would come soon as I was a special case and brought the trio away, leaving me all alone in the room.

Eh? What's going on? Is this supposed to happen? Did I perhaps go to the wrong room? It does make sense that not all the new Genins could wait for their Jonin sensei in one room. What if-

But before my thoughts went further, the door slid opened as a ninja with a plain face walked in. He glanced over at me and then signaled me to follow him with his hands before strolling off. Eh? Is this my sensei? Isn't he a bit too plain? And why does he not talk?

The silent journey continued as anxiety mounted in me. Eventually, we came across a wall that slid open revealing a dark tunnel after the ninja performed some Jutsu. I had an extremely bad feeling that if I stepped in, I would never come out. Hence, I immediately turned around to escape; however, without me noticing, another ninja with a mask had already appeared behind me. Although I wanted to fight back, I something prick me. I looked down to see a syringe that was injecting substance inside me, causing me to go limp. My consciousness slowly faded out as I was brought through the tunnel. I tried my best to stay awake. However, no matter how had I tried, eventually my vision slowly blacked out. However, the last sight I saw was a familiar looking old man with a cane and dressed in dark grey robes. His right eye was bandaged and a trademark x-shaped scar on this chin revealed who he was.

I fell into despair as anger internally brew in me. Why ... me?

Of course. No one answered me as Yuki Mitobiya no longer existed after that day.
