My last time

Tuesday Morning, less than 12 hours before their departure time to country T. Mr Feng called his son"Boy, Do you need me to drop you off to the airport ?".

"No thanks Dad. Alice will hire a cab to pick me up first, before heading to airport."

Nick signed, his parent were worry to much. They didn't go to war zone or something dangerous.

In the afternoon, Mr and Mrs Feng picked up their son and his fiancee and drove them to the airport. Mrs Feng wished them luck , she realy hoped Alice parent would accept their son and gave the couple blessing. She prayed for the best, may god of mercy blessed Nick and Alice happiness. Mr Feng looked calm on the surface but he was also unsettled. He caressed his wife "They will be find, don't worry" he tried to console not only his wife but also his.

During the flight Alice was very anxious. She didn't know what she would do when she faced them, she also scared. Ever since they boarded the flight, Nick observed Alice face expression. He could predict what in her mind was. He held her hand "don't worry, I am here. You are not alone anymore, I am with you, stand by you. ok ?".

Alice sneaked to his embraced "yes. Please support me".

They arrived in the morning then went straight to the Hotel. Check in time was after 2 PM, but they were allowed to leave their luggage there.

Alice had no idea where her mother lived, so she just initiated to visited to her old house to try her luck.

Alice stopped a taxi then have the driver her old house address. Half an hour later, They arrived in front of a luxury mansion, sometime

"what are we doing here ?" Nick was confused.

"I used to live here until I was 19, Just before I was sent to N city. I am not sure where she is now. She may still here. That Man might give it to her." He knew Alice dad was rich man in country T but he never imagined he was beyond rich.

Alice hugged his arm and observed the mansion.

A security approached them arrogantly "Hey you, why are you staring at this house ?".

"Is Madam Lin at home ?" she gave a try.

"Have make appointment with her ?"

"No, I haven't".

"then go ! just scammer !" he insulted them. This guy just worked there for two years, didn't know Alice.

"Miss.. Miss Xin Xin ?" A sound of a mand was heard from the house. Alice turned toward the sounds, she saw familiar face. Nick never knew she had another name.

That Man was stood there quite sometime ago. He was not sure if he was right, He just called First Miss name.

"Hello Uncle Chin, long time not see".

"Come in side Miss" he opened the gate and let them in. The arogant security was shocked.

"Is she home ? oh.. Aunty Liu, is she still here ?" she asked politely. Uncle chin was astonished, little miss was different from what was in his memory. Miss Xinxin was a beauty but her face always gloomy and sad. However, the girls before his eye was pretty with radiant smile and twinkled eyes. She turned to be a pretty, soft, elegant and polite, different from before cold and indifferent.

"Sister Liu, she was back to her home town few days after you left. And Madam is at home, please wait here" Uncle chin led them to room and left.

She looked around the room, it was still same as it was in her memory. Except, the photos displayed in the room. All of the pictures there were only showing 3 persons, her mother, her half sister and secretary Huang. Her Eyes were narrow, she suspected something.

Nick also observed the pictures in that room, there was not a single picure of Alice but Mr Huang, a middle age lady and young lady. He could guess what happen.

He put his hand on her shoulder to confort her.

"Oh my.. oh my.. look who is here" A middle age woman came to the room, she surveyed and sneered at Nick.

Nick didn't have a good impession toward her mum. He stepped closer to Alice and held her hand gently. Alice overwhelmed with his support, she was energized to face this challenge. she smilled gently at him and gripped his hand back.

"So, Is it the man that you choose ? just a beggar ? can he buy you mansion, luxury car ?"

" He has nothing. For the sake of our relationship ,Mum, please bless us"

"leave him. Mr Leng keep asking you. He was angry before but.."

" I won't leave him. He's my happiness. Please bless us"

"are you sure ?" Madam Lin observed Alice face and understood the answer.

"Fine, But give me your house in City N then and.."

"Mum, I don't have house there. but I have money $150,000, US dollar. is it enough ?". Alice was to occupant to notice something fishy from Madam Lin words, but Nick did.

"That's find, I am ok with it" Madam Lin was indifferent.

"Is it a trade Mum ? sure, I'll give it to you, I'll give up everything as long as I can be with my Hapiness. But I will be my last time to address you as Mum".

"Sure. Do you thing I want to see you again ? No, I don't want to see you never show your disgusting face in front of me anymore. Useless b***h and scammer b****d are perfectly match" Madam Lin was sneered.

Nick lost his cool "are you really her mother ? how come..".

In contrass, Alice was so calm, she tucked his armed and smiled gently "Farewell Madam". Alice tucked Nick hand then she dragged him out of the house

No one noticed that behind the wall, Uncle Chin was eavesdropping their short conversation.

Once they were outside, he cuddled her "Are you ok, Darling ?". If he didn't witness by his own eyes, he wouldn't believe there was such a incompetent mother exist in this world.

"hmm, I am fine. I knew this will happen, I have prepared. She always act like that, I used to with her attitude " But she still wept.

"I am here. My Mum is yours too, She loves you." His words made her giggling. He was right, he gave her another mother who was better than madam Lin, hundreds time better.

"Lets go" He kisses top of her head and they went few meters away before stopped to wait for taxi.
