Harassment

"Darling, Lets go back" Alice was tired, she wanted to back and had a rest.

"I'm going to restroom first, ok ? do you need to go as well ?"

" No, I just went there before. I'll wait you here". Nick went to restroom by him self and Alice waited not far from where the restroom was . She enjoyed the sea breeze and the night view on the harbour.

Meantime, inside restaurant opposite where Alice were

"Hey.. just take her, Dont mind her boyfriend" Ian Ming sister poked his cheek and teased him. They sat on a table for eight with their parents who shook their head. They knew Ian eyed the girl for while. When they came, Ian was stood in front of the restaurant staring at the girl direction. They took her glimse, she was pretty and cute,no one could blame Ian or other man took a fancy on such adorable girl. That Night, The Meng family had dinner with lawyer Lie family there. They tried to match him with their daughter Debby Meng with Lawyer Lie's the only offspring, Byron Lie.

"Hello, sorry we are late. The traffic held us" Lawyer Lie came with his wife and his son in hurry. The traffic was fine, it was Byron that was reluctant to come. They need to force him and picked him from his office. Byron was Pr0sp3r int group legal manager, he replaced his father who retired last year.

"No drama, No drama. Please have a seat" Mrs Meng pulled Mrs Lie to sit next to her.

" We have place order. Aunty, uncle, brother Byron, do you want anything else ?" Debby smiled sweetly.

"No, We are fine" Mrs Lie said politely and nodded at Debby, she was quote satisfy with this girl.

"Hey. don't look at her anymore. Just go and get her now !" Debby smirked at her brother pointed to Alice with her chin.

Byron turned his head to see which girl they were refering. He was astonished, it was his Xinxin. Xinxin stood there with a white slim T-shirt and dark purple long skirt. Her hair that styled in twisted ponytail was a bit messy due to the wind.

He shook his head, he tought that he was halucinating as he had been thinking about her since yesterday.

"Xinxin !?" he called her name softly.

"Xinxin ?, what do you mean ? where is she ?" Mrs Lie slapped her son shoulder.

Byron stunned, his shoulder where his mum slapped him burned in pain. He chuckled, he was happy that it was real not his hallucination. He was about to tell them that that girl that Debby mention was Xinxin, he saw Xinxin smile at him.

Well, to be precisely, He saw alice giggling to her self. What actually happen was Alice got message on her phone. It was sent by Cacha via Feng family chat group. Cacha asked what they were doing, she reply that they had a date and sent their picture to the group. She sent the pictue when they kissed while watching the sunset. She closed the application and hid her phone rightaway before anyone responded. So, she giggled as she imagined how they were going to tease her and nick.

If Byron mind was clear, He clearly knew that her smile was not for him. however, He was ignorance and fool, he was charmed by her. He subconscious sprinted toward Alice like a child rushed to get his fairy floss. In a blink of eye, he had already stood there in front of her, he called her name gently with a wide smile "Xinxin, I have been" but his smiled was disappeared as soon as she lifted her head and stared at him. She look at him fiercely, her eyes was cold. it was too cold . She tried to run away, so he grabbed her hand to prevent her leaving.

Alice was frown and her happiness was evaporated when she heard a man voice called her Xinxin. She turned and lift her head to see Byron in front of her. She sneered and about to went away from him, but his hand clutched her.

"Sir, Please take you hand away from mine. I don't want to be touch any man other than my man" She lifted her head arogantly.

"Xinxin, that man. Just becareful with him. He may have hidden agenda" Byron said it out of the blue as He didn't like those words from her mouth. Her words stabbed his heart deeply, He was jealous.

"what do you mean ? Do you know my man ? What does he want from me, a homeless and penniless girl ? my body ? I already share bed with him for long time" Alice let it out in one breath

"I.., you.."Byron was tounge-tie. He could not digest her words. it cruelly attacked his heart.

"Why did you slender my man ? take your hand away from mine or I am going to sue you for harassing me" Alice was burned by anger. His man had been harassing her for long time. He never insulted her, but he always gave nasty and disgusting look.

He bullied her, once he threw an object to her, It hit her forehead badly and left an ugly scar there. Alice rubbed the scar in her forehead as if it was still hurt her.

Byron glance followed her hand movement. He saw in slow motion Alice lifted her hand and touched scar in her forehead. He was shocked to see the scar. It was faintly noticeable as it was covered by her hair strands. He was trembled, he had an urge to hug her and comfort her, he wanted to apologise to her as well. However, before he could make a move or a word could escape from his lips, he heard someone yelled at him.
