I didn't know if I died or dreaming, but i didn't care as I gazed at the endless mountains in the distance. The clear sky void of pollution and the stench of death.

I sat on a waterfall, yet I didn't feel wet or cold. I always wondered what it felt to be at peace, and I'm sure this was it.

" A tough road, huh?" A deep voice filled with serenity.

" Yes." I blinked when I couldn't see the man's face, but I didn't care, for I didn't sense any hostility.

The man hummed a beautiful tune before he opened his mouth.

" And yet... you feel uncomfortable." His words seemed to strike my weakness.

" I never felt this much safety and comfort in all my life." I confessed, not trying to understand this new emotion I am feeling.

The man stood next to me, reassuring me with his presence, and I could feel my soul healing.

" What do you wish for child?" He asked out of the blue, I was taken aback, for I don't know what I wished.

" I don't know." I replied, I had no other ideas or anything for the future but to accept my death and judgment.

" Hmm? Now... Why don't we try something a little different." He pulled out a few stacks of paper, which I dont know where it came from.

" Your mission is not done, my child." I looked at him with a confused face.

" We got Naruto... Bleach... Berserk...no, maybe not that one. Hmm... Tower of god... Danmachi..." Before he could continue, I interrupted him.

" Mission? What mission?"

" I have chosen you to become my soldier. My guardian knight." He replied.

I didn't know what to say, maybe it was the shock or something.

" Tower of God... what's that one?" I asked, remembering the list he read.

" Tower of God? It's a tower you have to climb, and if you reach the top, you'll be able to wish for anything." He replied.

" Anything?" I asked.

"Mhm."

" Three wishes." He spoke.

" What?"

" You have three wishes." He spoke again.

" I... Wishes?" I looked at him confused.

The man chuckled as he realized my confusion.

" Three wishes for yourself to enter the Tower of God. Which will prepare yourself for the journey." He explained.

" What's the point of climbing the Tower if I have three wishes now?" I asked.

" Well. The wish is for the Tower. You could wish to go outside or you could wish for everything inside the Tower. Like becoming a God." He explained.

I didn't care about becoming a God, but I was curious about the outside of the Tower.

My heart yearned for that kind of adventure and freedom.

Freedom. Freedom!

I closed my eyes before opening as I regained my resolve.

" Fine. But I don't know what to wish for. I'll let you pick me up." I replied.

" Are you sure about that?" He asked.

I nodded, I didn't know what to wish for.

Unparalleled strength? Unlimited stanima? Magic? If so, then what?

I only know how to kill and fight. I have no clue about anything except killing and shooting.

Should I wish for a gun? But the name ' Tower of God' gave me an instinct feeling I'll be facing people more powerful than I.

So I left it to him. The man that would grant me these wishes.

I found myself in a chair staring at a floating screen.

" Here you go. This is the wishes I have decided for you. If you wish to change them, then please say so." He spoke as I looked at the screen.

[ Sharingan ]

[ telekinesis ]

[ Gamer system ]

These looked okay, though I didn't know what the Sharingan or gamer system is.

" It... okay." I replied.

The man nodded as he walked towards me, and the chair disappeared.

I stood up as the man pulled me towards another direction.

" Then. Let's start your adventure. " I was put in front of a large door.

' It's enormous...' I thought as j turned to look at the man only to see him gone.

I stood in the middle of the darkness before walking towards the door.

I tried to push them open only to fail.

I used both hands, yet it didn't budge.

I sighed and sat on the floor against the doors.

" It seems I'm a prisoner now. Fuck me." I cursed as I closed my eyes.

I wondered if everything was dream as I lay on the floor. Minutes passed as I wondered if my captors would come by.

But hours had passed, and I was hungry. And I become easily prone to anger when I'm hungry. I started kicking on the door, shouting.

" Where's my fucking food!!" I shouted hoping that my captors would listen.

But nothing as I gave up after beating the door for a while.

" Fuck!" I shouted.

The calm peacefulness that I felt in that hallucination was wearing off.I started brooding alone in the dark.

A few seconds later, in a desperate attempt, I whispered.

" System..."

I immediately started using my finger to tap onto the first tab.

[ Luck: 4 ]

' Strength, agility, intelligence, and luck. These must be important factors for this thing to measure.'

Maybe it wasn't a dream.

I didn't know if I was above normal or below, but I knew I'm fast on my feet compared to others.

So maybe 5 is the normal amount for a regular person.

Then [ Skills ]

' Daggers...' The most hated weapon I despised.

These were skills from my previous life. Skills I had to learn myself in order to survive.

I snorted as I remembered those harsh memories before forgetting them.

I looked at [ Quest ] only to see it empty, so I went to the next one.

[ Titles/perks ]

[ Survivor: Grant's the skill, Adaptability. ]

[ Adaptability: Grant's the user a 15% boost in speed and strength when outnumbered or outmatched. ]

After reading the titles and perks that came along with it, I clicked on [ Telekinesis and Sharingan ]

[ Do you wish to integrate with Telekinesis and Sharingan? Y/N ]

' Yes.' After clicking that, I felt an itching feeling on my eyes and mind as I didn't feel any pain for a couple of seconds before immediately felt it.

" Grrrrggh!!!" I growled as I slammed my head against the floor.

The pain of my eyes and my brain being in fire was killing me.

Amd. When I didn't feel like the floor wasn't helping, I slammed my head against the door.

Every second, my head was filled with thoughts if I'm going to go mad.

But it didn't take long for me to calm down, but the lingering pain echoed through my nervous system.

I could still feel myself shudder at the thought of it.

If i had to choose this kind of pain or be eaten by cannibals, I would've chosen to be eaten instead.

I felt my head pounding as I closed my eyes to help with the headache.

I lay on the floor, covering my eyes with my arm to help lessen the headache, and I fell asleep.

I peeked my left eye through my arm and saw the panel and decided to ignore it and go back to sleep.
