38 Applying a job☺️

Ally's Pov

"Alright but what computer number did you used?" were my file was been printing.

"No. 12 Ms. And how much for my file?" she's still not answering my questions.

"*** pesos and how many folder will you buy?" and I took my wallet then a penny.

"Just one, how much all of it? The files and the folder" and she shut off the computer I used.

"*** pesos" then I take again a penny on my wallet.

"Here" and I give my payment to her. And she gave me my resume after it printed.

"Can I borrow your stapler, Ms." to fasten the paper together. Then she gave the stapler.

"Thank you" as I fasten my resume.

"Which folder will you buy?" oh yeah, I gave a money but I didn't tell of which folder I will buy.

"The short one, do I have change!?" and she get a short folder.

"None" when she got focus again on her computer. Were I put my resume inside the folder.

"Can I ask you, Ms.?" before I can head to the National Bookstore.

"Sure, what is it?" while she's still focusing on her computer.

"Which floor can I find the National Bookstore?" I asked. Is that how she treat a customer here?

"At the first floor in front of the Starbucks" the lady answered. So I will have to go back.

"Thank you" and I head back to the elevator.

I think I should went to the ******* Restaurant later to apply for a job.

And the elevator opens then I went in until it closed and goes down the first floor. When the elevator opens, Red got startle and I step out.

"What are you doing here?" He asked as I walk towards him.

"Buy some school stuff and I encode" and step aside from in front of him.

"Encode? What did you encode?" he furrowed. Then a lady went towards us. She was perhaps the girlfriend of Red.

"Resume because I need a part-time job and hi" and the lady smiled when she reached us.

"Can you manage your tasks? Your studies, assisting to Father and Sister and a job!?" I know he's concern about me but I need this for myself. Soon he understands of why I'm doing this.

"I think so, I just believe in myself and God will guide me I know" though I'm little bit nervous but I must have confidence.

"Is she your girlfriend?" I just wondering. Because I might be wrong.

"She's my elder sister" my guess was right that I was wrong.

"Nice meeting you and I have to go, see you later Red" and I leave them alone and I head to the National Bookstore.

At the National Bookstore..

Soon I found these I went in immediately and find notebooks, pens, short and long folder, and paper. However, before I take them and pay I took first the basket for putting them on. Will my money be enough? Or is it lack?

Hope it's enough. I might not be able to go home.

Moreover, after I take and put the school stuff in the basket I went towards the counter to pay.

At the counter..

As I get closer to the counter, I saw some customers lined up to the counter. So I roam around if there is another counter and I found the other side and it's only few then I went there lined up too.

Would I calculate? Or not?

"Can you put up the basket, Mr." the lady said. Is she referring to me? I think so.

"Here it is, Ms." as I put up the basket to process my items that I take and want to buy.

Then she process as the packaging man packs my items.

"*** Mr." the lady said and I think my money is enough and I can go home.

I lend my payment to her.

"Here is your change" when she gave the money to me. I took and keep on my pocket. Then I took the recyclable style bag and leave.

Upon I head towards outside the mall I was thinking about the job which I hope I got hired. Then I saw a jeep and I walk fast as soon I reached it.

Soon I reached the jeep I step in as some passengers are coming through. Until the jeep became full of passengers and the driver drive away. And I pay an exact amount.

"******* village" when my payment got reached on the driver.

"******* village" the driver said when we reached and I step down. Then I walk fast towards the house.

Priest House/Church/Office..

In a little while I arrived and I head directly to my bedroom to keep the items I bought also the folder. And I looked for Father and sister to know them that I will apply for a job.

At the Church..

"You just came back?" sister asked as I entered.

"Yes sister and can I talk to you sister?" I calmly answered when I walk close to her.

"What is it?" and she faced me after she got change clothes of mother Mary.

"I will apply for a job later" and Father head towards us.

"Can you manage your studies, helping here and a job?" she asked again. I know she's concern but I need to do this.

"Yes sister and I need to do this and I don't want to be a burden on you and to Father" hope she understands.

"What did you two talk about?" when Father got close to us.

"Tell him, Ally" and Father looked at me.

"What is it, Ally?" Father asked like 'its alright tell me and I understand'.

"I will apply for a job later" I cooed answer. Though Father was calm I'm still not relief of what Father will be say.

"Good luck and I know you will do this" and now I'm relieved.

"Thank you, Father" I humbly said. Then Father tap my shoulder.

"Go and have confidence but take lunch first before you go" Father advice before I head to the kitchen.

At the kitchen..

"Your back and are you hungry?" were Mrs. Yoo peeked at me and back to chopping the meat.

"Yeah, and do you have some meal that cooked already?" as I took utensils and plate.

"Yes and I have just done cooked the sinigang prawn" while I am scooping the rice and put into my plate. Then I head into the pot of where the sinigang prawn is. But I took first a small bowl and put the plate in the table before I scoop a broth of the sinigang and the prawn as well as some sort of vegetable that it put into the sinigang prawn.

Afterwards, I eat and sip the broth. The broth was tasty and refreshing. Then soon I have done eating I put the dishes into the sink and I took a glass to drink water.

"You will leave again?" Mrs. Yoo asked before I head to the toilet.

"Yes Mrs. Yoo and I am sorry if I couldn't wash my dishes today" when I put the glass in the sink after I drank a water.

"Its alright and where will you go?" while I'm leaving the kitchen.

"I'll answer you later" as I enter the toilet to brush teeth.

Furthermore, I change my clothes into semi formal for applying a job and fix myself then I took the folder with my resume in and leave.

In a little while I reached the gate of the village and Mr. Spring handed me my I.D before I could step out.

Not a minute ago I saw a jeep and I wave my hand. And the jeep stopped behind then I step up and sit near the door as the driver drives away after. And I pay.

"At ******* restaurant" while my payment was still passing through by the passengers.

Until the jeep stopped in front of the restaurant and I step down from the jeep and I head on the ******* restaurant.

At ******* Restaurant..

And the door opens as I entering.

"Good noon, Mr., what can I help you?" the receptionist greets and asked soon I step inside.

"I'm here to apply for a job" I honestly answered to him. As I holding tightly of the folder.

"What's your name?" he asked. Perhaps for an appointment and for certainly.

"Ally Nicolm" I politely answered. And he write down my name on his journal perhaps.

"You might be the person who was Mr. ******* waiting for" he said. Waiting for me??

Perhaps Chrysha mentioned me and that's why.

"Thurpz, accompany Mr. Nicolm to Mr. *******" when he called the waiter standing on the counter.

"This way, Mr. Nicolm" and he lead the way as I followed him.

Executive Office..

And the waiter knocks soon we reached the office of their manager.

"Sir, Mr. Nicolm is here now" the waited said as we wait for the respond from their manager to let me in.
