Ceto Argo is the fifth son and the youngest sibling of Family Argo known as the family of the strongest assassin that lives in the city of Manticore. Ceto's father wanted him to be the next leader of the family because of his exceptional talent in combat. But Ceto doesn't want to be what his father wants to be.

Ceto decides to leave Manticore without consulting anyone related to his family.

2 years later. In the city of Grausten who also known as the city of blood for having so many heinous crimes. Ceto lives in this city as a student in Grausten's University at the same time he became a very well-known vigilante who wants to stop the wrongdoing in the city.

People in Grausten call Ceto the Paragon because of his heroic action in fighting so many crimes in the city. But because of Ceto's combat skills, many people who also have extraordinary skills in combat want to fight him especially the other assassin's clan to prove that they are superior in the city of blood.

Many from the assassin's clan in the city of blood are eager to fight the Paragon. But they fail to acquire against to him. That's why many assassins in the city of blood already leave the city. Not because they are afraid to Paragon's combat ability but because they wanted to eliminate him by exposing his identity to other assassin's clan from other cities which is more skilled.
