9 Chapter 9 : Power of a Single Blow!

[Continuation of the Scene]

[Not long after, in a somber atmosphere, Ace was brought to an execution platform.]

[Amidst the intense attention, Fleet Admiral Marine Sengoku stepped forward.]

[He picked up the transponder snail, and after surveying the crowd, he spoke loudly:

"Portgas D. Ace! Let us discuss the significance of this man's death here today!"]

At the Naval Headquarters, Sengoku noticed that something was amiss with Garp.

But he refrained from asking, knowing that everything was about to be unveiled.

[With confidence, Sengoku calmly began, "Ace, tell us your father's name." Ace initially remained silent, but after ten seconds, he shouted with great fervor:

"My father is Whitebeard!"

"No!" Sengoku immediately interjected.

"There's nothing wrong!" Ace retorted, his face sullen.

Sengoku disregarded Ace and began to narrate a tale of struggle involving an infant. To everyone's surprise, the baby's mother endured 20 months of pregnancy to dispel suspicion, only to succumb to exhaustion and perish.

The battle was lost, yet the mother emerged victorious, and the baby survived.

Turning his gaze toward Ace, Sengoku uttered coldly:

"That baby carries the most evil blood in the world."

"And you are that baby!" Sengoku continued, "As for your father..."

"One Piece, Gol D. Roger!"

As the live broadcast reached countless Marine personnel and viewers, their expressions underwent drastic changes. In the pirate world, the revelation shook countless individuals; they had believed that everyone tied to Roger was eradicated. Unforeseen was the existence of a surviving child.

The mother's determination was beyond imagination.]

At the Naval Headquarters, Sengoku instantly grasped the intent behind this execution.

It was to set an example, to execute the son of the Pirate King, instilling fear in all pirates. Simultaneously, it aimed to elevate Marine's prestige and bolster their morale.

Meanwhile, Garp hunched over, appearing to age several years in an instant.

Out at sea, aboard a small boat, Ace clenched his fists.

He harbored resentment, no, he detested that name.

[Sengoku issued a final decree: Ace must be executed today, even if it meant a full-scale war with Whitebeard.

Just then, the Gates of Justice swung open, and through the dense fog, 43 enormous pirate ships emerged.

And these colossal ships that resonated across the New World all belonged to Whitebeard!

From the depths of the Crescent Harbor, a massive bubble surfaced, revealing a dark silhouette.

A thunderous boom echoed.

The waves churned, and a gargantuan coated pirate ship burst forth from the depths.

It was none other than the vessel Whitebeard commanded, the "Moby Dick."

Subsequently, two more ships emerged, carrying the first division commander, Marco, and the remaining 14 division commanders.

Confronted by a force several times their own, the pirates' expressions varied, yet they displayed no fear.

Metal clanged against the deck, and a figure ascended gradually.

Finally, a tremendously burly figure holding a massive blade stepped onto the deck.

His footsteps seemed to resonate within the hearts of all, causing great discomfort.

This sensation persisted until he halted and spoke:

"We meet again after decades, Sengoku."

Sengoku's countenance darkened, and he uttered the other's name slowly:

"Whitebeard."

"So it's Whitebeard, huh? He's really here!" Doflamingo chuckled, brimming with excitement.

As pirates launched an assault on the Naval Headquarters, a multitude of pirates were stunned, cheering and shouting.]

In the world of the Soul Reapers, Aizen's lips curled into a smile.

"Indeed, as expected of someone on the list. Fearlessness shines in his eyes."

In the world of the Hokage, Naruto buried his face in his hands, feeling lost.

Two sides: one seemingly malevolent pirates, the other seemingly righteous Marines.

But the current reality was a group of pirates unafraid of death, striving to rescue their comrade. Their indomitable spirit deeply moved him.

He didn't know whose side to root for anymore.

Upon hearing the name from Sengoku's lips, Marine soldiers' expressions underwent drastic changes. They understood the gravity of that name.

Just as the title implied, he was the emperor of pirates!

"Is my dear son unharmed?" Whitebeard spoke calmly, yet his tone held a tinge of guilt.

It conveyed his sentiment: How dare you execute my son, Whitebeard's heir!

In the underworld, Uchiha Madara nodded in acknowledgment. This Haki was akin to his own.

Sengoku remained silent, beads of sweat forming on his forehead.

"I never anticipated an invasion this close."

According to his calculations, the melee shouldn't have commenced so early, thereby diminishing Marine's advantage.

In this moment, Whitebeard looked towards the execution platform and stated:

"Wait a moment, Ace." His words were composed yet resolute.

With his Murakumogiri, Whitebeard struck the ground. Whitebeard squatted, arms crossed over his massive chest.

The next instant, Whitebeard bellowed, swinging his arms wide.

A thunderous boom followed.

Though he struck empty air, it felt as though he struck something solid.

A terrifying spectacle materialized.

The atmosphere shattered like glass, unleashing two colossal waves akin to a tsunami.

Marines beneath gasped in awe.

This was Whitebeard's might, one of the Four Emperors. A single blow altered reality.
