1 Chapter 1 Mr Cliff's House

It all opened as Tony's parents were preparing to travel to California

for their vacation. Tony is just four years old, Mr. Cliff is Tony's Daddy

- Mr. Cliff – Darling, be fast we are running out of time, we need to be

there before 8:30 to avoid missing our flight

- Mrs. Cliff – Just some seconds honey, almost done

- Mr. Cliff – Am waiting in the car outside

- Mrs. Cliff – Ok sweetie

Mr. Cliff went outside, packed their luggage in the car, kicked the car

to life and left it on as he went into the house to bring his briefcase. Mrs. Cliff

is upstairs with Tony, as she finished the final touch on Tony. She picked up

his small bag and went downstairs as Tony followed her. She made for the

car when she came downstairs. Mr. Cliff locked the house and entered the

car.

- Mr. Cliff – Everything set? (he asked as he entered the car)

- Mrs. Cliff – Yes sir (she said mockingly and looked at her husband's

direction and both laughed)

They drove off through the driveway straight to the road and off they

went to the airport.
