Information: He is the last subject in the Dark Matter Project. He is the only one with a regeneration related ability that managed to raise it to level 5, because of that, he was able to withstand the entire complicated and painful process of ability implantation.

Abilities:

Recovery: It is his original ability. The data about this ability is doubtful due to the false data sent by Kihara Souji, but it is presumed that with this ability he is able to recover any type of injury from any living being. With this ability it is presumed that he is practically immortal, but his use is apparently not unlimited.

Dark Matter: Kakine Teitoku's original ability. This is the ability that allows the manipulation of particles from another world. Kakine Teitoku is able to access that world and modify it at his will. Hikari Kanaru is presumed to have superior control over Kakine Teitoku regarding this ability. The particles of his Dark Matter are very different from those of Kakine Teitoku, the reasons for which are still unknown.

Accelerator: The original ability of the strongest esper, his real name is unknown. This is the ability that allows manipulation of all vectors. It is presumed that it was thanks to this ability along with 'recovery' that he became so strong in such a short time. If it wasn't for this ability, he couldn't have controlled his abilities so well with destructive combinations.

Railgun: Misaka Mikoto's original ability. This is the ability to control electricity. Hikari Kanaru uses it a lot so, it is presumed that he has almost complete mastery of this ability.

Meltdowner: Mugino Shizuri's original ability. This is the ability to convert electrons into unstable matter. Hikari Kanaru uses this ability to combine it with 'Railgun' to increase its destructiveness.

Mental Out: Misaki Shokuhou's original ability. Telepathy, brainwashing, transplantation of emotions; These are some of the powers that the esper acquires with this ability. It seems Hikari Kanaru uses this ability exclusively for mental defense. It is presumed that the reason for his inability to improve this ability is because of his own mental problems.

Flash Step: Etsu Aihana's original ability. The name of this ability at level 5 is incorrect. Etsu Aihana can teleport anywhere he wants and he can also give that ability to other people. It is unknown if Hikari Kanaru can give his powers to others or his maximum transportation distance.
