Girl Friend

My hands are all sweaty and my whole body is trembling.. as much as I want to turn around and look at the person that I really want to be with for the rest of the day.. I cannot. I still feel a little awkward because of what he said and my chest feels so tight, but I know I am happy as of this moment.

"It was a reflex," Seven blurted as I slowly rotate my head to meet with his eyes.

"Reflex?"

"Yes, a reflex. I mostly do that to my students in my class so.." he explained with a smile across his face, probably there to make me feel at ease and forget about the arm-around-me part.

I exhaled, disappointed. "I see.."

"Shall we go then?" Seven offered me his arm which, again, made my heart flutter and gave me butterflies. As I carefully linked my own arm in his, the giant man beside me gave me a soft smile before we started walking off the halls like that. Never minding the fact that we are teacher and student; we definitely look like a couple on a date.
