1 A beach episode already?

Walking down the empty hallways, soft footsteps could be heard clear as day. Motion lights turning on automatically as it detected their movements. The sun brightly shining through the windows, putting the florescent lights to shame.

Quietly walking through halls, a blond youth took a glance out of the window, blue eyes immediately clashing with gray ones. Their lips tugged up into a smile, (Good morning.) The blond said in his thoughts, as if the other could hear him loud and clear.

The smile only lasting for a moment before going neutral. Seeing the other nod to him in acknowledgment, he continued walking down the hallways, taking turns and going up stair before finally stopping before a door.

'Mr. Black.' The small sign above the door read.

The youth opened the doors, only to be greeted by the dark and empty classroon, which was not a surprise to him. Standing by the doorway for a second, he waited for his vision to get adjusted by the dark before going in.

Heading towards the back of the classroom, naturally avoided all the tables and chairs he stopped next to a small switch on the wall. Flicking the switch, the wall slightly shook as the metal shutters that blocked the windows slowly lifted up, letting the sunlight seep into the classroom.

Again, he flicked another switch. Turning on the classroom lights and illuminating the room more than before. Done with this task, he headed to his seat, patiently waiting for the day to officially start.

Sitting there for what seemed like hours by himself, another student finally entered the classroom. It was the gray eyed individual. Turning to face the other, He gave the student a closed eye smile.

"Early as usual, Isak...The other are loud as always." Letting out a tired sigh, he made is way towards the seat beside Isak. Slumping over, he rested his head on his arms, tilting his head so his eyes could still be seen by Isak. "..It's fine. You're not as loud like the others.."

"..."

"...Yeah, that'd be great.." Was the last thing he said before fully submerging his head into his arms. Isak let out a soft chuckle at his friends demeanor, finding that he quickly fell asleep from the soft snores coming from him. For a while the two stayed like that. Isak sitting in his seat, boredly waiting while his friend slept away.

Hearing the loud footsteps outside, Isak perked his head up, looking expectantly at the door.

"The sun has risen mortals as the moon has fallen, and so has I! Ganter Thunders, King and ruler over the Super secret organization called the Elites! Do not fret comrades, for we shall strive for anoーOW! Wha-That hurt Theo! What was that for?!" Rubbing the top of his head, Ganter looked at the culprit behind him. "It's too early for this shit, go back and try that 30 minute from now."

Ganter glared at the dark skinned girl, "But I already did it! It's to late, besides, no one can boss around the boss! After all, I am the boss!" Theo pushed the silver head aside with an eyeroll. walking over to her seat with a huff. "Since you already did it, why don't you shut up now?" Ganter gawked at Theo, looking heavily offended at her words.

"Hmph! Well, since you insist on wanting me to shut up, I sha'll continue on with my awesome monologue! NowーWhere was I? before you rudely interrupted me." Isak smiled at Ganter, deciding to further indulge him into his silly antics. "You were on your 'Do not fret comrades' line." Ganter sent Isak a thumbs up before loudly continuing on.

Theo groaned in the back, leaning back in her seat with her legs crossed, glaring at her two classmates before her eyes landed on the red haired who seemed to be sleeping. She scoffed.

The room stayed like that for a few seconds until the other students started to flood in as well, making the previously quiet classroom into a circus. Seeing movement from the corner of his eye, Isak looked at his red haired friend with worry, "Tommy, are you alright?"

Tommy stayed silent, presumably unable to hear his voice in the sea of other noises that surrounded them.

"Isak! Did you hear me? I said Shiro was the one who killed Mitsuko's mom! I told you all, it was as predictable as when Terusaki died."``Terusaki died?" With his attention taken away, Isak just missed the glare from Tommy. .

"Dang it, Ganter! Why don't you keep your trap shut for a second! At this rate you're going to spoil the whole series for us!" A pair of hands roughly grabbed onto the scruff of Ganters ripped up collar. ``Shut up, you tween! You aren't even interested in these kind of things, why are you complaining?" Ganter tried pulling the hands away, healing at the bald teen.``You calling me a tween, weeb?!" Isak kept quiet, an innocent smile on his lips as he kept looking back and forth between them.

"Why don't you try and stop them, Isak?" Glancing behind him, the voice behind belonged to a girl with ginger hair in ponytails. "Are you?" Isak asked, cocking his head a little. In response the girl let out a snort, "No." Isak smiled, turning to look back at the two arguing students.

*TickTick!

The quiet ticking sound seemed to loudly echo around the room, signaling the start of the first period. Everyone went back to their proper seats, and the room fell into a sudden silence.

Some kept eyes on the door, some looked towards the front of the class, and others watched the scenery outside the windows.

Soon after, a middle aged man walked through the doors. Dressed in a lab coat, wearing a gakuran underneath and a pair of wrongly worn loafers. Despite this, what stood out the most about him was the obvious scar of where is right eye was supposed to be. On his soft and handsome face, the scar looked painful and ugly.

The man let out a sigh, standing in front of the class with a content smile. "Good morning class.." He started, standing besides his desk with a tablet in hand. "Good morning, Mr. Black." The class responded in synced, as if they've done it millions before.

"As always, we're going to start attendance. After, I'll be informing you of the slight change we'll be having this year.." His voice was deep and gentle but slow, which slightly irritated some of the students.

"Number 01, Isak."

"Here." Isak stood up tall, bowing towards the man.

"Number 04, Tommy." Tommy reluctantly stood up, bowing before going back and burying his head in his arms. "Please sit up properly, 04." Tommy, again, reluctantly sat up, back still hunched over but enough for the man to be slightly satisfied.

"Number 07, Ganter." Upon hearing his name and number, Ganter excitedly shot up from his seat. Just as he opened his mouth to speak, Mr. Black cut him off ruthlessly with a smile. "Thank you, Ganter. You may take your seat." Ganter tried to argue back but in the end, he gloomily sat back in his seat, much to many of the others relief. Happy that they don't have to listen to his monologues this morning, well, some.

"Number 08, Theodore." Upon hearing her name, Theo stood up and bowed, not giving a proper response, much like Tommy did. Though, Mr. Black didn't mind much.

"Number 11, Rune." The girl sitting behind Isak stood up, her ginger twin tails swaying behind her softly. "Here." She gave a short and quick response before going back to sitting down.

Mr. Black hummed, checking off all the students so far and scrolling down the list. "Number 12, Chika." A dark skinned girl stood from her seat, her black dreads were pulled up in a high ponytail as she responded with a loud and determined "Yes!"

"Number 13, Daidara." The bald teen who argued with Ganter stood up before sitting back down, not even looking at Mr. Black once.

"Number 14, Winchell." A young girl who could barely touch the ground while sitting, excitedly waved her hands towards Mr. Black, a big smile on her face. Mr. Black couldn't help but soften his smile.

"Number 15, Furuyu" A black haired teen with dyed tips stood up, a gloomy air surrounded him, making the the surrounding students sigh with exhaustion. "Here." His voice was timid and quiet, but because of the silence around the room, it was loud and clear.

"Number 17, Ji-sung." A beautiful girl elegantly stood and and bowed, a soft smile on her pink lips. "Here." Her voice was sweet and lighthearted, despite that, there was no reaction from the crowd.

"Number 21, Lee."

"Number 22, Leon."

"Number 23, San."

With the last three names, there was no response and Mr. Black deleted their names from the list without hesitation. Mr. Black sighed, looking back up at the few students left. A chilling smile on his lips, "..Well. Let's start the beginning of a new year?"

Just in time, the door opened and someone walked in, pushing a cart along. Rectangular-metal like object layed out on top of the cart, Mr. Black reached out and picked one up. Showing it to the class.

"This will be what you will be wearing when we finally implement the 'changes'..It's a special made choker for you all, to make sure you all don't run. We've been perfecting and tweaking it until this moment. In fact, your three classmates have been helping us find flaws and major bugs within it. Sigh..It was, however, quite unfortunate they had to leave us so early with our last test." With Mr. Blacks words, the atmosphere became tense and suffocating.

Chuckling at the scene before him, Mr. Black jiggled the 'chokers' in front of them, bringing the attention back to him. "However, we can't let these babies go to waste, so it'll be mandatory for you all to wear these when we go to the beach." He put the chokes back on the cart, going back to the tablet he rested on his desk. Giving them all a moment of silence, he waited for them to fully comprehend the bomb of information he dropped on them.

"It-the beach?.."

"We're, we can go outside?.."

"A lie. This is another lie!"

"Does-does this mean we can go to one of those..supermarkets?"

"Are those chokers waterproof?"

"...haha, I'm not gonna fall for this again."

The classroom broke out into mummers, doubting and hesitant eyes were pointed towards the two in lab coats. Before they could do anything, Rune raised her hand. "Yes, 11? What do you want to ask?"

"Excuse me for my insolence sir, but may I ask why so suddenly?" Mr. black smiled. "As I've said before, Miss 11. We've been working on these for a long while now, it was just now that we decided to fully implemented the idea." Rune lowered her head, choosing to accept the excuse that was given. For all she could know, it may as well be another rouse these people decided to make up.

"Now, each chokers are specially designed for each and every one of you. I'll be calling you up one by one, so please keep quite." Mr. Black eyes flickered to the other in a lab coat. The other took note of this and started acting like his assistant, taking a choker from the top of the cart and carefully putting it around each and every students neck.

Softly rubbing the metal-like choker, Isak's eyes flickered, a sudden memory invading his mind for a second before quickly vanishing. From the corner of his vision, he saw Tommy's head quickly turn towards him, Isak gave his a smile before setting his attention back on Mr. Black.

Gritting his teeth, a flicker of frustration sparked inside Tommy. Just when he finally heard a clear thought from Isak, it was quickly buried in the whisper of thoughts. When he said Isak was the quietest of them all, it was not a lie, but that doesn't mean he was the most likable either. The constant incoherent whispers comming from his mind drives him to the edge everyday, from the moment he met him! But, some part of him wants to know. He wants to know what they are saying, what they were whispering inside Isak's mind. Find the real voice of Isak, and decipher everything. But it's really difficult if other's thoughts are swarming into your mind within every 20 miles.

"Did you hear, Tommy? We get to go to a beach! an actual, real beach! Not an artificial one! Isn't this great?" Tommy couldn't help but scrunch his face, a look of dissatisfaction shone clearly. "It's probably another hoax of something. If not, and we actually get to go to a beach, I guarentee they won't want us to have fun."

Isak cocked his head. "Hm? it's a beach though, aren't beaches always fun? Beside how can they make it not fun? it's a beach!" Tommy said, deciding not to want to continue the conversation anymore.

~~~~This is a transition~~wooo~~~~
They stared blankly at the scene before them. disbelief, disgust, and disappointment and various other emotions were expressed at the situation they were in.
With gloves, a garbage bag, and a deadpanned expression, Tommy turned towards Isak. "This. Is how not to make a beach fieldtrip fun. Picking up after a natural disaster and human trash.." Tommy turned back towards the trash filled beach. "But who am I to judge, maybe this is a type of fun for someoneー"``Just shut up, Tommy. And get picking. You're the only one standing there."
Glaring at the girl with braided tails, Tommy sneered. "Your actually gonna do it?" Theo shrugged. "We don't have a choice either way."
"Of course we don't. When do we ever."
"Quit whining and start picking."
"Yes, Miss Door."
"Don't call me that."
