Forgiven

Tears kept unshed,

Given its weight in woe,

Sadness never escaping,

Clouded thoughts cease not,

Waiting for hope anew,

Though calm kept peace,

Authors hand thus beckons,

Ink splatted across the page,

Guided light pierces darkness,

Happiness thus returned,

Poet thus Forgiven.
