Chapter Thirty: Rian’s Training
Rian Yuki was currently under Lala and Mikan…
"Rian you can become the strongest!" Lala cheered while sitting on top of her fiance.
Rian Yuki was pushing himself up and down…
"Rian…keep going." Mikan said while fanning her brother with cold air.
Sweat dripped from his forehead without his permission…
"Rian-Dono…do it once more, the last push up was only ninty nine percent complete." Zastin said while dressed in t-shirt and shorts.
Rian went down and held the push up before rising up for the final time…
Zastin nodded at his display.
"Good job Rian-Dono." Zastin said while looking at Rian who didn't move.
"Lala…can you help me in the kitchen." Mikan said while getting off her brother.
"Sure!" Lala followed after Mikan with a smile on her face. Lala's skills had been enhanced recently. Lala had been trained by Mikan, Haruna, Rian, and given advice by her sister. She could contend even with a average housewife when she had guests she wanted to impress over.
When they finally left…
"Ughhh!" Rian fell on the ground, he had trained past muscle failure many times over.
"Rian-Dono…you can still use your legs, lets go out for a run after eating." Zastin put on his armor.
Rian sighed and used his legs to get up…
After the four ate the delightful food. Rian and Zastin went outside for a run…
"You must run twenty kiliometers while carrying me on your shoulders …one arm for both set of ten killiometers." Zastin said while opening a map of the city.
"Alright." Rian didn't say to much and picked up Zastin.
Zastin nodded…
"Very nice strength…even after going past failure, you still have more than enough to carry me." Zastin was quite shocked, he really didn't expect for Rian-Dono to pick him up after a short break from muscle failure. Zastin's armor was extremely heavy, it made him look taller than he actually was.
"Let's go." Rian ran off while carrying the large man on his shoulders for twenty killiometers
Rian jogged past streets, he went up hills, he climbed up buildings, and he raced a train and a bus to its stopping point….
He met Ren during his run. Ren nodded at the manly display as they traded glances and ran past each other without speaking. Manly men didn't need to speak to convey their feelings, you just understood what they mean't from gestures alone.
"Good work Rian-Dono." Zastin said after getting off Rian's shoulder and removing his armor,
"Thanks." Rian Yuki still had alot of breathe, he learned how to breathe through his nose and mouth at the same time without making noise.
"Its good your still lively…here, perform situps with my armor pressed down on your body." Zastin gave his armor to the boy laid down on the ground.
Zastin held down his ankles before they started…
Rian counted in his head to pass the time, working out may get boring after doing the same thousands of times without any moments of rest…
"Good…you made it to five thousand. Pick up the armor and raise it while doing more situps."
Rian picked up the armor and continued to train…
Working to be the strongest man in the universe sure is tiring…
