14 The battle Begins!

The cavalry battle was almost the same in the fact that Eijiro went to Bakugo and, with expert words and not lazy writing, convinced them to team up together for the reason that he could harden and let Bakugo blast anyone that came near.

"Tsk, fine, give me your damn million points!" Bakugo grabbed the ribbon, disagreeing that, although he despised working with him, the plan sounded very effective.

"Hey Mina, want to join us?" Eiji turned to the pinned girl.

"I was waiting. Hell yeah!" She pumped her fist.

"Yeah!" Another girl appeared beside her, scaring the daylights out of her. It was none other than Mei. "I hope you don't mind me joining too since all eyes will be on you guys." She said this, getting up close to Eijiro.

"Fuck off!" Bakugo yelled.

"Sure thing!" Eiji smiled, ignoring his words. "We could use your gadgets if we get stuck in a situation."

"Fuck no, we have me. Why do we need her!?" Bakugo turned to Eijiro.

"I know, but think about it. We need four people, and isn't it better to have backups? We can't expect everything to go our way. With Todoroki's ice, he can freeze us on the spot, but her gadget might help us."

"That's right, my babies are ready for anything!" She said, getting into Bakugo's personal space. The boy pushed her back, but she got close again.

"Fuck it fine. Let's kill these bastards and win."

"That's the spirit. Well, not exactly there, but close enough!" Eiji smiled, raising his hand and hardening it until Bakugo reluctantly clasped it, exploding his.

This slight change meant Sero went to Midoriya's team for Mei. Like Iida, he told Midoriya he considered him a rival. The green boy was surprised but accepted the challenge. The difference in this fight was that Team Bakugo came out first, followed by Todoroki and Shinsou, and Team Midoriya barely made it.

"Alright, now it's time to take a break from the festival and have fun in recreational activities! Just look at how fired up the cheerleaders we called from America are! And, huh? What happened in class 1A!?"

"What are they doing?" Aizawa said as the girls appeared wearing cheerleading uniforms.

"Haha, it worked!" Mineta cheered. The girls glared at him.

"Mineta, you dirty liar!" Momo frowned. She made the outfits, after all.

'Right, I could've stopped this...' Eiji forgot and sighed, walking up with the others. He wondered to Mina, who met his look before turning away quickly, Focus man, come on!' He scolded himself.

"Well, we can still chant for UA, can't we?" Ochako chuckled.

"Yeah, there's no reason to be so down, Momo!" Toru said, waving her pompoms around.

["Well, whatever from the 4 teams passes, 16 individuals pass, and for the last challenge to see who'll stand at the top, we'll be pitting them against each other in one-on-one combat!"]

"Combat?" Midoriya gulped.

"Finally, I can't wait!" Eiji smiled, slamming his fists.

"Aren't you a little too excited, buddy?" Kaminari said.

"Of course, I've got to win this. After all, I said I'd be number 1."

"Are you not worried about Bakugo and Todoroki?" Mina asked.

"I'm trying not to be."

"Alright, kids, calm down. It's time to decide your matchups." Midnight took the stage, bringing out a box with 16 names. Right before she began pulling out the names.

Ejiro raised his hands, asking to sit this one out. Things happened the same way, with half of the team, including Shinsou, leaving on account of not knowing how they passed Aoyama and Shinsou, and as expected, it was Tetsutetsu and Shiozaki who moved into the final round.

Eiji called them manly about their honesty: "Why can't you be manly, Aoyama?"

"I don't care so long as I sparkle!" The blond posed his body, glittering.

Moving on from that, the choices have been made, and it's no surprise he was fighting Tetsu-Tetsu.

"So it's me and you then, huh?" Eiji walked up to him with a grin.

"Huh? You here to rub the fact that you're in 1A!?" He got aggressive with his calm approach, thinking he was going to act high and mighty when Eiji offered a handshake.

"Man to man, I don't want you to hold back at all, and our quirks are similar, so I wanted to say I'm pumped to fight you."

"Oh, yeah," Tetsu said, shaking his hand before saying, "I'm going to crush you." He grinned, tightening his grip as Eiji returned the pressure and smiled back.

"Bring it on!"

"Uh, boys," Mina said, rolling her eyes.

"I'm fighting Bakugo," Ochako muttered, shaking.

"So, your Uraraka?" He turned to her before huffing. "Just die quick and make it easier for yourself," he said, walking away.

Everyone having fun cheered during the festival, and everyone took part in some activities, though eventually the matches began. Midoriya vs. Shinsou

"Good luck, Midoriya, and remember to say nothing," Ojiro said from his seat.

They watched as Midoriya stepped up. Shinsou said something that made him shout and fall under the control of his quirk.

"Midoriya Nooo!" Eijiro whined.

The match went on. Midoriya was close to stepping out, but his finger twitched, activating his quirk. From the stands, they watched as Midoriya activated all four for one.

"Eh? Is Midoriya sparkling?" Ochako commented.

"The fuck!?"

Everyone watched in surprise as he dashed up to Shinsou, avoiding a punch, and threw him over his shoulder with his quirk.

"Midoriya Wins!" Midnight announced.

"Not the action we came here for, but it was still pretty cool! Clap your hands, people! Let's cheer for them!"

From the teacher's stands, Allmight watched agape, asking, 'Midoriya, did you learn to use one for all?' He wondered, getting up and heading to the infirmary.

Arriving there, he saw Eijiro by his side. "Hi Allmight," He waved.

"Allmight!"

"Young Eijiro, Midoriya, what I saw in the fight was brief, but did you use it all? How are you not, You know, mashed bones?" He asked, getting closer with excitement.

"Wait, you didn't tell him?"

"Huh? Tell me what?"

"Hehe, I wanted to get a better hold of it before telling you, but actually..." He explained his training with Eiji and how he learned to use one for all continuously at 3% power, mentioning that he needs to train and increase the power slowly.

"Hahahaa! That's amazing, and thank you, young Eijiro, for your aid!" Allmight bowed to him, freaking him out. 'I never would've guessed that was the problem. I just thought he needed some muscle because he was too skinny.'

"I-It's alright. Please stop it. It's weird having the number-one hero bow to me. Come on, the next match is about to begin."

"Sorry to keep you all waiting, next up are these two! He's done his best to make it this far, yet he still has that plain expression on his face! Does it ever come of Sero Hanta of the heroics department and his opponent of the same department, the boy with the coldest expression you'll ever meet, Todoroki Shouto?"

["START!"]

Mic shouted, and Sero sprung into action: "Better give it my all!" He shouted, shooting his tape at Todoroki and swinging him to the edge of the ring.

["A lightning-quick assault! Give it to you all, Sero!"

"Sorry about this. I'm kind of pissed right now."

There was no competition. He hit Sero with a massive blast of ice, covering half the stadium. He did his best; that's what everyone kept saying.

"Damn, I feel sorry for him," Kaminari said, shivering.

"Yeah." Eiji nodded, looking up at the wall of Ice. Can I win?' Seeing his power, he was stunned, more than realising it was only half of it.

The next fight was Kaminari vs. Ibara. Nothing needed to be said outside of Kaminari, who used his quirk too much and became dumb as rocks, allowing the girl to restrain him.

["Next was Iida vs. Mei, and, as expected, she got him to wear her support items. Is that really alright?"]

"If both agree, then it should be fine," Aizawa answered.

The match started. Iida charged, and Mei used her equipment to show off in front of many companies and investors.

"Right, she makes cool gear. I need to talk to her about something," Eiji said, pulling out his manly quirk manual.

"You're looking for equipment?" Mina said, looking over his shoulder. Midoriya, also curious, took a glance but did not get as close as she was.

She flipped the pages, showing detailed drawings. He picked up the talent as well as reading to become better at analysing and picking apart things.

"Wow, your drawings are amazing!" Midoriya said. Mina and Kaminari nodded at his words. He was also curious about what he came up with.

"I've been practising; ah, here it is. It's like booster shoes since my only issue would be coming across someone faster, so I need a trump card I can use to catch them by surprise and overpower them."

He showed them a drawing of what resembled rocket boots. "It will be better in real life."

The match ended, and Mina got up. "It's my turn. Wish me luck!"

"You got this, Mina!"

"Yeh!" He chuckled and walked down with a smile. Her battle was her victory from the beginning. Eiji went down and high-fived her as she walked into the arena. "Kick some ass, Eiji."

"You got it!"

"And the next matched two people with similar quirks with his bold words of rising to the top. Eijiro Ejirou steps in with his confident smile! Are those shark teeth or what? And his competitor, possibly his equal Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu! Do all hardening quirk people have sharp teeth or what?"
