1 Tiny

I had a weird dream. I was very, very tiny, and I walked into the street. Houses looked like mountains, and there was a lot of people. They were very, very giant and they walked everywhere and they sometimes stepped on me.

People also talked and laughed, but they were too tall, so their lips were too far away from me, and I couldn't understand what they were saying.

So I wanted to grew up, and I stretched and I stretched and I grew and I grew. I was bigger and bigger by the moment, but a snake appeared, it curled over by body and dragged me to its cave. There was no one and nothing left. The snake tighten and tighten its grip, and I couldn't grew anymore. Also I couldn't move or even breathe.

A lot of time passed by, and it seems the snake will never let me free, but I wasn't sad, though, because maybe the snake was hugging me, and maybe it didn't know how to hug, and that's why it's hugging me so hard.

Then, I woke up.

I got out of bed and went to the kitchen. My mommy was there.

"Good morning, my baby. Did my little sunshine had a great night?" my mommy gave me a kiss.

"Fine, mommy."

"Great. Sit down; there's your breakfast.

I sat down. There was a cup of yogurt with oatmeal and a banana. I'm on a diet, by the way.

"Hey, mommy."

"Yes, my little girl?"

"What if one day a week we just eat normally?"

"What do you mean? We always have yogurt with oatmeal and a banana for breakfast."

"Yes, but I'm talking about regular food like pizza, burgers or something like that."

"Oh, no, my jellybean, last week you gained a pound.

"But I lost two a month ago."

"But there's 18 left."

"And if I lose them, would the diet end?

"No, my sweet pea; you'll regain your weight. Don't you remember when you were a kid? No, my darling, we don't want that. You need your diet.

Well, I already knew I was going to be on a diet forever, but I still got sad. I ate the yogurt, the oatmeal and the banana. They tasted the same as always.

My mommy hugged me really hard.

"But don't worry, my little princess; it's almost your birthday, and I already ordered your cake. You'll be getting a big, big piece because I love you so, so much, my little beautiful, my sweet little everything."

"Yes, mommy," I left the kitchen and brushe my teeth. Then I got a bath; I don't wanna get scolded.

I got out of the shower and wore the pajamas I was already wearing. It's the same one as my mommy's. She bought it a long time ago.

I turned on my CPU and started watching Netflix. I watched a lot of things, but I don't remember which ones.

"Lunch time, my little rainbow."

I went to the kitchen and I sat in my place. There was a fish steak with some steamed vegetables.

My mommy sat in front of me and blessed our food. I started eating. It tasted the same as always.

"Hey, my little cookie, haven't your pants shrunk? Mine are tighter than before."

"I dunno; I'm always in my pajamas, but if you need pants, let's go to the mall. We could spend the day there."

"No, let's order them on Amazon, instead."

"But maybe they won't fit you. Let's go to the mall, and you can check them out."

"I don't want get dressed and put my make-up, and I know my size. I'll better buy the on Amazon so we can stay here and watch some movies as always."

"But maybe you're a bigger size now. We should better go to the mall instead, and you try them out there."

"I told you I know my size, can't you hear? Or are you calling me fat? How can I get fat if we're eating the same every single day, and it's because of you; if I'm not watching you, you'll be eating nonstop, like a fucking pig. I can eat whatever I want, but I'm not doing it because of you; everything I do is because of you, and you are always questioning me. Are you toying with me? Do you think I'm your idiot, because I'm not, I'm your mother, and I deserve your respect. Who do you think you are? Without me you're nothing; you're worthless. Let's see how you manage when I'm gone. You just wouldn't kill yourself because you won't know how."

"Yes, mommy."

I left the kitchen and brushed my teeth. Then I log on Facebook and saw my exfriend profiles.

"Come on, my sweety, let's watch some movies."

I went to the living room, and there was my mommy. I sat as far as I could from her, but she sat very close to me and hugged me really hard.

"Oh, my little, little treasure, I'm sorry, but what else can I do. I do everything for you, and you never support me; that's why I yell at you. Put yourself in my place: I always take care of you, I give you everything, and you don't care. It's like I'm alone, but that's not going to happen, right?

"No, mommy."

My mommy kept hugging me. I wanted some popcorn, but she says they have a lot of sodium.

We log on Netflix and we saw a lot of movies, but I don't remember which ones.

"Come, mi little doll, let's get some dinner."

We went to the kitchen. My mommy gave me a granola bar and a glass of milk.

The tasted the same as always.

I left the kitchen and brushed my teeth. Then I grabbed my phone. I only use it to play that candy game, and I only play it at night because nobody plays it so no one send me lives anymore.

"Time to sleep, my little gorgeous; it's already midnight."

"Yes, mommy."

I laid on my bed very carefully; I have all my plushies on the other side of the bed and I don't want to drop them. I collect them, but my mommy doesn't let me to buy all the plushies I want.

I grabbed my blanket and I cover myself with it. A few days and it'll be my birthday. What flavor's going to be my cake? And what will my mommy give me? Will she take me to the mall or to the movies or wherever I want? Who's going to wish me a happy birthday on Facebook? What would it feel like to turn 30? Well, it doesn't matter. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

I had a weird dream.
