12 Bad Luck Chasing Me
In the rolling black limousine, Fen Hua and Ting Mei pull out their phone to check the news on Ting Mei's comeback.
Just like in Ting Mei's prediction, all media had at least an article on her if not the main subject: company invites will come flooding into her door.
As she just came back from America, she is still living with Fen Hua who already declared that she was friend with Ting Mei.
Everything was falling into predictions. Actually, she was going to decline every company's invitation and run for an audition for Heng Empire but right now her plans were unstable as she encountered trouble with the head of the company. Ting Mei couldn't help but rub her forehead in frustration thinking about Heng Huan.
Although she'll still try to enter Heng Empire, not only were they the best company but she had connections with celebrities in the company such as Fen Hua and more.
After staying on her phone for ten minutes long, she finally lifts her eyes to Fen Hua who was also reading articles about Ting Mei.
" Fen Hua, do you actually know that woman in red? It will be easier if I knew her identity," asked Ting Mei.
" Maybe? Based on what you gave me, it looks like she is the daughter of the CEO of Zhao Corporation, a jewel centered company. Wait, I'll search a picture." responded Fen Hua.
She browsed on her phone and found a picture of Zhao Fan. She showed her phone to Ting Mei who recognized her right away.
" It's her," mumbled Ting Mei.
" If it's her then you don't have to worry too much, she has strong backing but she is too stupid so don't worry!" chuckled Fen Hua.
" Thanks." simply replied Ting Mei with a smile.

8:00 am.
This morning, Ting Mei woke up early to prepare breakfast for her and Fen Hua.
Not long after, the fragrant smell from the kitchen tickled Fen Hua's delicate nose and woke her up.
" Are you cooking?" asked Fen Hua as she walked down the stairs.
" Yes! Go get cleaned first and I should be done!" smiled Ting Mei.
" It's been so long since I've eaten you delectable cooking, I can't wait!" cheered Fen Hua.
After eating breakfast, Fen Hua changed herself and went to her company after waving goodbye to Ting Mei and showing her all the products she bought for her placed in her closet and makeup table.
As for Ting Mei, she changed herself in one of the newly bought outfits and went to browse the net for auditions to enter Heng Empire.
Earlier, while they were eating breakfast, she asked Fen Hua to decline every company offers for her as she knew that they'll call her, except for Heng Empire but they obviously won't be interested in a newbie like her that gained a bit of attention in the media.
Right now, she wanted to enter Heng Empire with her own power so she didn't really mind to have not received any invitations.
After half an hour, the maid, working in the villa, came knocking onto her door and said that an important guest was waiting for her downstairs, emphasizing that it was for her and not Fen Hua.
Strange..., who would know that I live with Fen Hua in her villa and would come searching for me reflected Ting Mei in surprise.
She eventually decided to go along and to take a look at this mysterious person that the maid couldn't identify but knew was an important guest.
Probably a rich person guessed Ting Mei as she walked down the stairs in an elegant way making her look completely enchanting.
Ting Mei was wearing a pale and simple outfit, fitting well with the spring season. Pale blue jeans, white shirt covered with an elegant pink blush coat and a gold necklace hanging around her slim neck, it made her look fancy and classy.
When she arrived in front of the guest she was in total disbelief.
"Is bad luck always chasing or what?" cried out Ting Mei in an exasperated face in her head.
