22 Entering Lark Special Academy
Noticing her mother still did not come back after 10 minutes passed, Luke's heart was unsettled and he immediately told his father, "Dad, I'm gonna fetch mom first."
Luke's father was also surprised before realizing that his wife still not returned after a few minutes passed, "Go check on her then."
He walked to the front door of his door and knocked on it twice, "Mom?"
No response...
Luke's eyes immediately widened in horror. He didn't know how's the feeling when someone close to you death. But he knew that it hurt a lot, and there are some cases that after their closest person dead, they choose to end their life since there's no meaning about it once the person they hold dear most dead.
Luke pounded the door once again, but sadly there's no response. He immediately opened the door and stood rooted on the spot when he realized that his mother's eyes are closed.
"It couldn't be," Luke muttered in disbelief before dashed toward her mother, who currently in a position with her head leaning against the headboard of the bed and closed eyes.
"Mom, wake up." Luke shaking his mother's shoulder furiously.
"What are you doing, Luke? My head is spinning now because of you." Luke's mother complained before groggily opened her eyes.
Luke quickly embraced his mother and sobbed a little, "I thought you were doing something stupid."
Luke's mother stunned before realizing what's his son mean; she couldn't help but smacked her son's head once again, "You're the one who stupid. Why should I do that when my son still here. I also wanted to witness the adventure of Transcender Luke, you know?"
"Mom, you already accepted me of being your son?" Luke uttered in doubt.
"I couldn't believe that another Luke would also be dense as my son. I'm already accepted you a long ago, you silly." Luke's mother declared with a smile.
"Yey!!" Luke jumped in excitement and started dancing in joy upon hearing his mother's confirmation.
He was quite afraid that his mother wouldn't accept him as her son anymore. Therefore, hearing those words from his mother brought joy upon him.
Luke's mother chuckled at her son's funny antique and could only helplessly shake her head.
"Thank you, mom." He planted kisses on her cheek. Luke then continued, "I'll always remain filial to you and dad. Speaking of dad, let's keep it a secret between us, mom. Let's tell him when he's in better condition."
"That's what I also thought." Luke's mother nodded in approval.
Luke didn't explain his origin since his mother never asked him about it. Of course, if her mother wanted to know, he would let her know about the earth.
After he returned to the dining room with his mom, Luke immediately spoke out, "Mom, Dad, I planned to depart to Lark Special Academy today."
Luke's mother creases her forehead, "Lark Special Academy? Have you Transformed already?"
Luke smirked before made a gesture to the nearest plate as he began to chant, "Control."
The plate started shaking slightly before gradually lifted into the air by an invisible power. Luke's father, who witness this scene, could only exclaim in surprise, "Dafuq!"
Luke then began to twirl the plate in the air before placing the plate back in its initial place.
"How's that?" Luke said proudly with his hands placed on the hip.
"Wow! My son is so amazing!" Luke's mother clapped her hands in a thrill.
"Not bad." Luke's father said plainly, but anyone can notice his lips curled upward.
"But, is it necessary to depart now? I mean, as in today?" Luke's mother asked Luke for confirmation, hoping her son would retract his idea about heading to LSA now.
'I also wanted to spend my time more with my family. If there's no war, there's no way I'd working hard like this. I prefer to spend my day lazing around. Unfortunately, there's no if in this world.' Luke thought inwardly.
Seeing a conflicted look on his son's face, Luke's father assured his son from the side, "It's fine, Yera. He's adult enough to decide on his own. Luke could also go home anytime he wanted since the distance between us close anyway."
Luke's mother let out a sigh before nodded reluctantly.
After some coaxing, Luke's father signalled to Luke that he'd take care of his wife. Luke smiled thankfully and proceeded toward his bedroom. Inside the room, he changed his clothes into some formal clothes. After checking his appearance, and think it was passable. Luke about to step out of his room when he remembered something.
"Oops, can't forget to bring this." Luke grab his identity card and some documents, just in case it will be needed to enter LSA.
Exiting his room, Luke didn't bother to knock at his parents' door and merely shouted within the hallway, "Mom, Dad, I'm leaving."

Passing his neighbour's houses, Luke couldn't help but reminisce the first time he arrived at this place. That day, his body was so weak that he couldn't even move his limbs. Now, even a monkey would lose in terms of agile with him.
Arriving at the front entrance, the guard approached him and about to ask what's his business coming to LSA when Luke's appearance registered on his mind. With a tone of surprise, the guard raised his eyebrows and said, "It's you!"
Smiling at the guard, Luke replied, "Yes, it's me, mister."
"You look good today. Planned to apply on LSA?"
"Yes, where should I bring my document?" Luke asked.
"Follow me." The guard straightly walked away, followed by Luke.
The guard led him to the humongous gate where two people stood in front of the gate, look imposing with their fancy uniform intact.
"A new applicant?" The man with a flamboyant appearance asked. With blonde hair and a pair of sapphire-blue eyes, the man looks strikingly handsome.
On the other side was a man with a stoic, cold face. While standing, he emitted a cold aura with unseen words, "Don't come near me!!"
"Yep, I'm going to back to my post first. Good luck with your test." The guard patted Luke's shoulder before turning around and leaving Luke alone with the other guys.
The blonde-man firstly giving Luke a warm smile before asking, "Can you show me your ability?"
Nodding his head, Luke began to drop the bag he carried. Just as before the bag touched the ground, Luke lifted it up, using his control ability.
"Not bad." Commented the blonde man before he tapped at his own insignia. Then, in the next moment, the badge emitted a light before a hologram scroll appeared in front of Luke.
The hologram scroll wasn't big and only containing a few sentences.
"Sign this using your blood, and you will be permitted to enter." The other guy speaks with a tone of authority.
Luke nodded his head and read the terms written over the scroll.

Luke watched the entire rule and concluded that the rule was basically the same as the other school.
[ 2. The signer was prohibited from disclosing any information regarding the inner side of Lark Special Academy ]
[ 3. If the signer accidentally/purposely violates the terms of number 2, LSA will personally visit you. ]

Luke bit his thumb until it bled and dropped its blood on the sign location.
Instantly, the ellipsis gets filled on its own.

Then the scroll magically vanishes, and Luke felt his inner body got bound by some mysterious power. That feeling only lasted for a moment before entirely gone, as if that binding feeling he previously had were only his imagination.
The two men nodded in approval before unison raised their badges upward. Same as before, the two badges letting out a piercing light that shot directly to the gate. Shortly after, Luke and the other guy's body gradually coated in light.
Just as Luke about to retreat in a panic, the blonde man's voice reached his ears, "Just relax. You'll be teleported soon."
Hearing the assurance on his tone, Luke gradually relaxed his tensed muscles as their figure gradually vanished.
