Chapter 1 meeting with the Grim Reaper

The year is 1789 and the French Revolution has started. The boy is a nobleman name Luke. He hates his life and curses God for every bad things that happen to him. One day he woke up and found himself in a coffin in the middle of a graveyard. "What the..." he said confused. He tried to open the coffin but it was sealed shut. Suddenly he felt a cold presence around.Who's there?" he asked.

"I am the grim reaper. You've been summoned by God to become a time period agent." the grim reaper said.

"What?! Why me? I hate my life! I wanna die!" Luke protested.

"Then this is your chance to die. But before you die, you must complete a mission for God. You must find out why the French Revolution has started." the grim reaper explained.Luke thought for a moment. "Fine! What do I have to do?" he asked reluctantly.

"You must possess the body of someone in the French Revolution and solve the mystery. If you fail, you'll be sent back to your old life and your soul will be torn apart by God." the grim reaper warned.

Luke took a deep breath and nodded. "I understand." He closed his eyes and concentrated. Suddenly, he felt his soul leave his body and enter the body of a peasant girl named Marie. He now had control over her body. "What do I do now?" as soon as Luke said those words.He remember how she died. She was caught stealing bread to feed her starving family. The local guard saw her and apprehended her. He took her to the guillotine and executed her. This event sparked anger in the townspeople, fueling the flames of the French Revolution.You share this information with the grim reaper, who nods in acknowledgement. "Very well done, Luke. You have solved the mystery. Now, return to your original body and await further instructions." Luke's soul is pulled out of Marie's body and back into his own. He finds himself lying in the coffin once more. The lid slowly creaks open, revealing the grim reaper standing over him.
