1 The Letters

The silence was so loud it practically made Vanessa's ears ring. Finally, someone spoke. "So should we... open it?" Asked Aurelia hesitantly. Everyone nodded so she slowly opened the box and took out the bag with Jasmine's name on it. Everything else had been opened but the thought of opening Jasmine's seemed impossible. "She should be here" Aurelia thought as she ripped it open. "So, what's in it?" Demanded Klaus impatiently as if he didn't have time to mourn their dead friend. Well "dead" was a bit of a stretch. She was missing but, not dead. That's what they all hoped at least.

All but one. "It's letters..." The tone in her voice was confused.

"One addressed to each of us" She passed them out and none of the reactions were good. Vanessa started crying, Klaus ripped it up, Athena closed it and looked away "casually," but Ariana simply threw it into the wind. Aurelia confused at their reactions opened hers slowly and as soon as she read it, she audibly gasped.
