1 Prologue

"Time is only a perspective and also a relative. It moves in a plane that we do not and may never understand."

The rain poured over the roof of my apartment as I look at the glowing stars in my ceiling that was forming a face asking me of what I might be pondering about. The toads singing their rhythmic growl sometimes startle my blank mind. It was one of those times, I was exhausted, I was frustrated that nothing went as planned; I just want to clear my mind and think of nothing just once. My heart ached but a little memory swept by, calmed me.

I got up from the sofa in the living room, my eye, adjusted to the darkness, guided my body through the maze of littered books and thesis papers on the floor. The water in the electric kettle was about to boil when I arrived in the "kitchen", I grabbed the instant cup noodles and poured the boiling water and the spices in. My stomach growled, I chomped down the first bite while scrolling through my thesis papers. The monitor began to become blurrier as the time nears midnight, but my hands continued to type like it was thinking on its own.
