Chapter I: Unending Winter

Life's so miserable, I thought to myself, again the snow flakes starts to fall down from the sky and it seems unstoppable. The coldness which I've felt inside myself appears to be reflected into the weary environment. Everytime I've take a step all alone by myself into this memorable path, my heart aches and my eyes melt. I can't resist to cry as I remember those memories of him still haunted me especially when I walk on this path going to our meeting place before.

It 's been almost 10 years since the last time I've been here with him, taking a walk with him, laughing together with him while teasing each other often. I can't deny the fact that I am really happy beside him. Together with him my life will surely perfect, full of happiness and contentment. Well sometimes our fate will not goes on to what we want it to be. As just like mine, I want to be with him forever, but sadly it will never happen. No matter what I do.

Ugh, I was fooling myself again, thought Lisa to herself. After so many years staying abroad, finally, she is back to her hometown, Mingru City, where she made a lot of memories with her beloved. Its early winter season today in the city, snows can be seen everywhere, it is really too cold outside but Lisa still wants to go to the place where she and her beloved stays the most.
