Beast Brain

"This interview was originally going to be about how the Golden is currently working with the military, to rid this world of Beast and the Beast Lord included. Although, since I'm in a rush, and I don't believe this to be too big of a secret to the Golden, so, I'm going to inform you about the existence of Ki." Sheldon spoke while looking directly at the camera, as he took a seat in his office chair.

"Ki is a person or being's life force, it can be shared with others, or forcibly removed by those who have great control over it. Worry not, the Golden has no plans for such a course of action, we will only use this variable as a way to combat the enemy." Sheldon relayed to the camera before he then took a fighting stance and punched at the air causing a slight ripple in the air to be seen.

A few seconds later and a large hole inside the wall could then be seen, and on the other side was the ladies' restroom. Sheldon then ran over to Minny at a great speed with both his feet fused with Ki and turned off the camera. "It all happened in an instant," Minny thought and the next second the screams and shrieks of women could be heard.

"SHELDON!!" The women all screamed in unison and quickly came rushing at Sheldon, who could have avoided the attacks but thought he at least deserved as much.

Just then Minny had a thought," Why wouldn't he know that there was a women's restroom right beside his office? This is his office right?" She then turned around and started at Sheldon, and thought that she could see a slight smirk on his face.

For Sheldon this was the perfect get outta jail free card, as he could look like a savior in the eyes of the public but still get what it is he wanted…

As the "interview" on Sheldon had come to an end, I found myself left bored and still wondering about Ki. Was there a way I too could practice and become just as strong as Sheldon? I know such a feat isn't possible overnight, but only if there was someone who I could ask to guide me then I would show them just how desperate I am to go stronger.

Anytime I think back to how long it took me to complete only ten push-ups, I find myself disgusted with my very being. Then an image appeared in my head, it was the scene where my uncle was huling a boulder twice his size over his head. He must know ki, or at least know something about it, hopefully more than that Golden Commander.

I then look over towards my uncle to find him still sleeping peacefully,"It's better if I wait until later to ask him about it, I've still got one task left to complete anway. Now where exactly do we keep the fridge?"

After wandering around this massive house, I finally found a kitchen. Inside I found that most of the stuff was kept up to date. Then a strange scent flew into my nose, and like a rapid beast, I swung the freezer door open. While thrashing around in the freezer I found a frozen pound of ground beef, just how hungry was I?

The meat wasn't even unfrozen and I still had the urge to chomp down on it. After running some hot water over the meat and placing it into a bath of water, I went to take a look outside. Then to my surprise not only were there very few people out an about but I had received a strange message from my system.

[Ding!]

[Your eyes have grown tired]

[One hour loss of vision, remaining time…

Four hours out of five; 4:00]

"This day just keeps getting weirder and weirder, when will it ever end?" I thought as I closed the blinds back and decided to head outside. When outside I could now see why there were fewer people out, there were beasts in the sky.

As a lengthy dark orange creature swooped down at me, and long before I had time to react a woman appeared in the sky and slammed her hands downwards onto the bird-like creature. As it flew straight into the ground, a few good inches away from me. The lady then appeared before me on top of its corpse.

She then thrust her fist out and into the creature's head, pulling out what looked to be some sort of red jewel. Only after that did she turn and look at me. Just then as if something was controlling me, I felt an urge in my body, one telling me that… I had to taste the bird's brain, thus, I stuck my hand out toward it.

It was quickly shaken by the woman in front of me, who must have mistaken it for a handshake. "Thank you," I managed to say after quite some time, which I think gave the woman before me the impression that I was a mute. Without waiting for another word from me, she quickly disappeared from my vision once again.

This is why I need to get stronger, not just because I was saved by a woman, but because of beasts just like this one. I wonder, just how strong is the Beast Lord if they govern such strong monsters? Although I didn't want to be a sitting duck any longer and so, I swiftly snatched the beast's corpse away and into the backyard, which might I add, was just as large as the house.

Just then after being in the clear for only two seconds, my mind was no longer in control over my body. However I did have one thought, why had the woman only taken the jewel inside of the beast's brain? And that was it, I was now not only devouring the beast's brain but its body as well. And without a second thought, I was grinding up the bones in my mouth as well, the flavors, well they were just melting on my tongue.

"KE KE KE!" I laughed loudly while devouring the beast, and not leaving a single trace of it being brought back here with me. I then began to come back to my senses when the beast is nowhere to be seen, and then two system messages appeared before me.
