19 Awkward Moments

Seb has to report to work but needed to file the additional leave forms and verify its applicable leave credits. On his way to the HR office, the Human Resource Officer informed him about the job vacancies that they need to fill in the soonest time possible. Strikingly, the vacancies need three applicants and the selection and hiring would commence next day. As foreman, he has a direct power to recommend prospective applicants, as such, he had in mind both Karla and Seb as potential subjects. The whole day duty was the busiest on him considering the documents on his table that needed his signature, piled up like he has to stay till midnight. However, at 5 o'clock, he has to redeem his energy and recharge on time by going home. On his way, he bought three cellular phones for the three of them, some fruits and a packed dinner for three. Whistling and jampacked with so much thoughts of excitements he rang the doorbell and saw her opening the gate. There he goes again.

" Hi! where's Nomin?" Seb asked while his heart was throbbing so fast, seeing her blissfully and missed her a lot.

"He's at your mini library reading some newspapers and searching for some job ads. Hey, let me help you with those stuffs." Karla smiled at him.

" No, its okay, they're lighter than ever. By the way, I brought you some fruits, I know you'll like all of these." Seb insisted to bring those by himself inside and to get over the awkwardness, he directly proceeded to see Nomin.

Karla was following him silently going inside and after putting all the stuffs on top of the table he proceeded to see Nomin in the mini library. Karla was alone unwrapping the boxes of the newest smartphones and was amazed of the newest android design while reading its manuals. She tried to assemble the three units for around 30 minutes and successfully phone book each of their pseudo names where on her, she saved Seb as ' husband' and Nomin as 'husband.' Both of Nomin and Seb's phone had her name as 'wife.' She enjoyably did it all and smiled.

Momentarily, the two hunks went out after their conversation and found her from the back stance, ponytailing her hair, wrapped her hair heavily and inserted a ball pen to lock it like a mushroom bread on top of her head while sitting on top of the chair and brought her feet on it like a preschooler.

" Hmm, what have you done so far? Ow, did you assemble all of these? Wow!" Seb in Nomin exclaimed.

" Here's to both of you and here's mine, it has my name on it recorded in the phonebook." Then she smiled to them. After which, she threw the wrappers, cellophanes and other trashes in the waste basket then prepared the table for dinner. She put equal amount of viand and rice on their plates, both have equal amount of water in a glass, same sizes of sliced apples then she prayed to bless the food. The two angels seemed dying inside watching her so cute serving and with so much gusto she ate first and tasted everything Seb had brought. They were very silent but without the knowledge of Karla, Seb and Nomin were conversing in their thoughts.

" She's so cute" Nomin shared.

" Yeah, look at her enjoying the food. It seems she's alone doing it all and without us around. How can we casually eat looking at her cute messy hair. And I'm excited about the phone, what did she put on our names, do you have in mind?" Seb curiously asked him.

" Me too, I'm powerlessly snooping on this too. But nope, I don't have any idea either. Let's eat faster and sneak back to the library and let's see what's in our phone book. Quickly!" Then they ate so fast for almost one minute, had their fruits and water then silently left the table, bringing on them each of their phones.

Karla was stunned and just smiled while quivering her head, then she continued to eat by herself alone.

In the library, they locked the door and turned on the phones and later Nomin saw a number with a name 'wife'; and along with Seb smiling because its similar with Nomin having 'wife' as the saved name too.

" She's so cute." Seb giggly smiled while looking on his phone.

" She's indeed...amazing and sweet. Sounds awkward because we got her both. Not bad, no matter what, she called us both, as 'husband', she's indeed fair. Can't imagine how she'd been studying both of us, do you think that way?" Nomin added and smiled.

" Yes, I do. She maybe thought it well so tough. Me either. By the way, Kindly tell Karla on this so that she can prepare better for herself, here's the card, you still have time to shop for your needs this time."

" Okay, sure, I'll tell her now. Thanks for recommending for staffing jobs." Nomin tapped his shoulder.

When Nomin and Karla took an exit from their room, she quickly proceeded to Seb's room. Seb, let's go out together, come on."

" Ows, this is getting me nervous again. Seb, where are you, rescue me." Seb thought.

" There's nothing to worry about, she knows what she's doing, just come out, don't disappoint her." Nomin entreated while in their thoughts.

" Okay, as you wish. I'll go change first." Seb replied.

He went out so fresh and Karla commented.

"Thanks Seb, we also need to buy some for you. While you were out I checked your closet, then there I found out things you missed to use at work and when you hire us, I'll be your assistant so no need to worry on things out. From now on, the three of us should enjoy life and survive, rooting from one another. " Karla elucidated. They shopped till nine in the evening and got back home so tired. Karla and Nomin went inside their room and Seb went inside alone. While Seb was on bed, he was looking at the ceiling and feeling so isolated when he received a text message.

" from...'wife,' 'thank you."

" Wow! she's really cute, haha!" Goodnight my fellow husband, sleep tight in there as I know you're dying inside. But don't forget to pray." Godem in Seb thought.
