1 Through the Misty Door

It is been a few days,though still could not make sense of it but she is now sure that this is not the world that she once knew. probably still on earth but different dimension? She is not sure. Her name is Angel,she is 18 years old and four days ago she is still living her life as a normal high schooler that about to graduate. She remember running away from her stalker to the isolated alley,then she saw a door at the middle of the alley. the mist around making it look mysterious and creepy but the stalker is getting closer,only by going past the door she can get away so she opened the door and here she is. somewhere unknown,somewhere unfamiliar. when she look back the door has gone. she is in the middle of a thick forest confused,scared and injured. her leg feel hurt,probably twist her ankle while running. she tried to find a safest place to take a break but she lost consciousness even before moving her leg. when she woke up she found herself laying down on a grassy bed in a small hut. Her ankle have been treated ,she does not feel the pain anymore. But her body feels weak. While wondering what to do,a man comes in. Rather than being scared she was more stunned by the man's beauty or handsomeness. She is not really wary of him as she does not feel any hostile vibe from him. How did she know that he don't have any hostile intent? She just sort of can feel it and she actually notice it earlier after waking up. She can feel her sense getting sharp. It is also wierd that she did not mind at all about her whereabout.

He looked at her,still do not know her name. After waking up three days ago,she did not say anything just staring at him. She does not look scared of him,also not wary at all.He find her interesting.

" Hei,women..! come here!" He ordered in a calm yet stern voice. She turn around to look at him then smiled.

" my name is Hei! or women! . .my name is Angel." she said. He feel like his heart being tug by something hearing her soft voice. His heart also throbbing fast. He is wondering what is wrong with him? this the first time he ever felt like that. Angel curiously looking at his bewildered face.

"what is your name? " She asked ,sitting closer to him. She is trying to converse with him after a few days of akwardness.

"why should i tell you my name? " He asked still acting cold,although his heart is excitedly want to yell out his name.

"because I tell you my name..is not it normal to introduce ourself when it was our first meeting?"

"how do I know it was your real name?" He look wary of her for a bit. Angel pouted. 'should not I be the one who should be warying here?'. She look him up and down,making him uncomfortable.

"why are you looking at me like that?"

"my eyes my business..well..whatever. you don't need to tell me your name. at least tell me where are we at?" she asked.

"now you curious..you entered this forest without even knowing what kind of place it is? are you stupid?" the word is really like an ice water poured onto her,so cold.

"you did not even tell me your name and now you calling me an idiot." she murmured,upset.

"heh..if not because of me you pobably dead by now. this is the place that called the Dead Mountain. "

"D-D-Dead mountain!! am I dead?" she said in frantic.

"obviously not. Normal people cannot enter this..wait.." He looked at her again who is still mumbling about something and was not listening to him.

'..to enter this mountain,certain person must have a high level of inner power. This is not a normal mountain to wander around. even just the entrance check point is already deadly. she deffinitely normal,her inner power is..no. she does not have any inner power. then how did she withstand this cursed mountain immense aura?'

"wei..are you listening?" He snapped back from his thought. Angel is staring at him,without even thinking he reach out and pinch her cheek hard. Angel screamed in pain. she quickly slapped his hand away.

" what the hell are you doing?"

"you were not dead?.." He blurt out his thought.

"of course i am not. what were you thinking? that is hurt..." Angel is tearing up due to the pain. the pinch mark is left on her cheek.

"my hand moving on its own" Angel back up a bit,keeping their distance.

" I will just call you Pincher Man.." she mumble.

"just call me Yu.." he said.

"i will pretend i did not hear that,I will just call you Pincher man." she said while turning away.

She have decided to follow him as She does not now her way around. At first Yu hestiated,he does not know her background but if he left her,she would be as good as dead. so he let her tag along untill they get out of the mountain. As they were walking together he actually found her really easy to handle. She does not fuss so much unlike the very few women he know. She does not mind at all getting the dirt on her,not a clingy type also. when facing danger she know how to not get into his way. She cannot fight but she can dodge well. He is getting more and more curious about her.
