16 Chapter 15

"Good Morning!" Hary said as he walks inside the classroom together with his friends.

"It's bad," Shin replied while staring at his desk in despair. Yen did the same too. Trance and Hary exchanged look before Hiro tapped his sister's shoulder.

"Maybe they're having a bad morning today." He said in a low voice before he takes a seat on his chair. Trance and Haru followed too.

"They look like they loose on a bet," Hary mumbled while staring at the two.

"Oh well! At least he's not here." The blonde boy gave her a meaningful look and Trance nodded her head.

"I probably want to kick him again," Hiro said, making Trance and Hary looked at him. He just nonchalantly shrugged and looked at the two beside him.

"I just can't because we're living with him and he might spill the beans to Ojichan." He explained.

"What beans?"

"Black beans and red beans." Trance glared at him but Hiro just laughed. His sister rolled her eyes at him and ignored him.

'That's why he deserves to be beaten.' Haru thought before he averted his gaze at the clock on the wall. He's somehow annoyed not because of Hiro but their three colleagues last night.

Three of them rushed inside of the room where Haru and Trance sleeping while saying that they saw a creature looking at them between its legs while walking back towards them.

"What? Don't say that. There's no sigbin here." Trance said in a groggy tone while her eyes are still shut. Haru yawned and rise from laying down. Hary rushed at the boy with white as snow hair and skin, wearing juban kimono, and hugged his arm, making the younger one looked at him. Yet, despite the blank stare and his feel intimidated, Hary still hugged his arm.

"Sigbin? What's that?" Bryle said while leaning on the locked door. The door banged three times before he heard children giggling. Bryle feels like there's ice-cold water poured at him.

Three of them turned pale while Trance and Haru exchanged looks. Even she's calm outside, her anxiety starting to feed her inside. The blonde boy, Hary let go of Haru and rush to Trance to hug her. Khiel stunned while leaning on the wall.

"Let's play hide and seek." The voice of a child said, Bryle almost turned to the statue while seating if Haru didn't grab him to stand up and push him into Trance's bed.

The younger one took the chair and his friends and sister are silently watching his movement. Hary and Bryle tried to stop him when he twists the knob and burst the door opened.

"What are you doing Haru?" Khiel asked him but Haru closed the door and dragged the chair with him.

'Out. Kill someone.' He thought.

"Should we wait for him before we go outside?" Bryle asked Hary and Khiel. Both of them nodded their heads as they stare at the closed door.

"Fools are scared," Hiro said while laughing and holding his aching stomach because of his uncontrollable laugh. He immediately stopped when he found out that his twin is looking at him blankly and carrying the backrest of the chair in his left hand.

'The suspect is found.'

"Hey, have you seen their expressions? They are all-----" Before he continued his words, his brother smashed the chair on him. As a result, Hiro fell on his knees while trying to endure the penetrating pain on his back. The stand broke and Hiro earned a not severe wound but his bone snapped. Haru got stunned for seconds while his twin didn't stop cursing.

"Itai!" Hiro winced in pain after the stand of the swivel chair hit his back. His twin raised the swivel chair again while emotionlessly looking at him. The rooms are soundproof so no one can hear his in pain voice. 

Haru kicked him on his face many times, causing him to lose his consciousness. Without any words and before his brother's charge to defend himself, Haru pressed the swivel chair on his back in a merciless way, again and again. Haru forcefully let go of the swivel chair when he can't move his limbs. He receives electric shocks and that gives him an uneasy feeling.

The juban kimono that he's wearing got soaked in blood and his face got some splatter too. When he found out that his brother is not breathing, he dragged him into their room. He let him lay on the cold floor get paper and pen on his bag. Haru wrote something on it and taped it on his brother's swollen face before he went inside of the bathroom. 

He accidentally took a five minutes nap while in the bathtub so he rushed on fixing himself as he went outside. He found his brother, still in an unconscious state. Haru took the broken swivel chair with him and entered his sister's room.

"Are you okay, Haru?" Trance asked him while checking if he has a wound until her gaze landed at her broken swivel chair.

"What happened?" She asked him again when Haru handed her the broken chair slowly.

"Haru," Trance called him again in full authority.

"Dead." He simply replied before he shakes his head to dry his hair. Trance and Hary looked at each other.

"Dead? Why my chair got broken then?" Haru takes the small note and pencil. Four of them watching him as he wrote on it.

"Hiro rides that and he ended up downstairs. He's fine now, just sleeping in our room." Khiel reads what he writes loudly. Haru laid on his back before he covers himself with his blanket.

"Hey!" The girl seating between her brothers picked the crumpled paper that hits her on the head and stand up.

"Who throws this?!" 

"Me," Felix replied. She raised her middle finger at him and throw the crumpled paper back at him. Trance is about to seat but Felix throws the paper again at her.

'Open it, idiot.' The words written on it said.

'Meet me at the abandoned classroom. We're going to talk about my prize.'

She can't help but stare at his handwriting that's more neatly than hers. Trance darted her look at him but Felix just smirked before he went outside. The girl shoved the paper on her skirt's pocket and followed Felix to the abandoned classroom.

"What do you want? Are you happy now that I said that twice?" She monotonously asked him while eyeing him. Felix stood up and walk towards her like a prince.

Instead of admiring the view of the dashing prince with irresistible charm, Trance just looked at him. He caged her between his arms and that annoys Trance.

"Just straight to the point. Don't make this conversation long."  Felix chuckled as he touched her short hair using his free hand.

"Okay. About my prize, I want to have an agreement between you and me." He showed her the paper and pen. Trance stared at it before she averted her gaze at him.

"I have terms and conditions there," Felix added as Trance accepted the paper and start reading it.

"What's on this third part?"

"Oh, that? I want you to tutor me until we graduate and since we only have this year, I guess it's not a problem to you."

"It's a problem. Why? Because you're my problem. Why don't you ask your brother or Haru? or Hiro? Why not Khiel too?" Felix shook his head before bent to communicate with the small female.

"Samuel doesn't have enough time to spare just to teach me. Haru will be probably sleeping while teaching me. Hiro and I will end up fighting instead of learning. I don't want Khiel to teach me, he might act like an idiot outside but I still don't want him to. Aside from that, I think you will be suitable for me."

"Whatever." Trance retorted before she continues to read the whole four pages agreement. He stood up before he walked away from the girl while humming his favorite song.

"Wait, if this is only an agreement why this one is long?" Felix stopped from humming and looked at Ellreign.

"Just to make sure you understand it so you can agree on it," Felix answered back before he continues to hum his favorite song and he stared at the spider web connecting the two angled walls from each other. A big spider is living on it and the spider moves when he comes close to it.

"What's with these Greek letters here on the last part?" Trance asked him again. For the second time, Felix stopped humming the chorus and noticed Trance who's pointing the last part written in the Greek alphabet.

"Let me see."  Felix take the last page from her and scanned it.

"It said that: Ms. Trance Miyazaki should never leave Mr. Felix Valdez's side no matter what happens in exchange of Mr. Felix Valdez won't commit a violent action towards Ms. Trance Miyazaki's classmates." He read the sentence loud enough to Trance before he put back the paper on the top of the desk.

On the other hand, Trance is having hesitation in signing the agreement but she swallowed up the lump on her throat and finally signed the paper. She can't say no to at this point.
