13 Chapter 12

Their stay at Japan finally end and they're finally at home. Trance finally lay on her back comfortably on her bed and yawned.

The girl closed her eyes to sleep because of the long and tiring day.

Hours have been passed and the birds outside are chirping. The sun already shine and her grandfather started his day on watering the plants on their garden.

"Trance-chan! Get up now!" Trance groaned before she stood up and went into the comfort room to take a bath.

"Don't freak out when someone comes close and talk to you, okay?" She said to herself while staring at the mirror. Trance noticed that her hair is long so she get the pair of scissors on the mini closet behind the mirror and started to cut her hair that reaches her waist.

"Trance-chan----" Her grandfather frowned his brows when as he eyed her hair. Trance seat beside him and she give him a questionable look. He mentally face palmed while staring at her hair with horrible cut, some parts are long and some are short.

Yumi heave a problematic sigh before he went to his room upstairs to get the pair of scissors, comb and cloth. When he get down, he found the three boys eating together with Trance.

"Good Morning, Grandpa!" Hary greeted him and the old man smiled in return. The rest of his friends greeted him too.

"Good Morning too. Trance eat fast, I need to fix your hair." Trance nodded her head before she finally finished her food. She stood up and went into their living room where her grandfather is.

"Trance why you cut your hair like this? How short do you want for your hair?" Yumi asked her in problematic tone while fixing her hair.

"Its long so I cut it, ojichan." She paused so Yumi can wrapped the cloth on her neck to cover her skin.

"Up to the neck only." Trance motioned to her grandfather where he will cut her hair.

Her grandfather can't help but to shook his head. After he cuts her hair, he braided her hair behind her ear.

"There, you hard headed child! Don't cut your hair without telling me!" Trance laughed as her grandfather said that. She finally remove the white cloth that her grandfather wrapped around her neck to make sure that Trance's hair that he cuts won't stick on her nape and neck.

"Grandpa we washed the dis-----" Khiel stopped when his gaze meet the view of Trance laughing while her grandfather is scolding her. He immediately covers his mouth and went into the dining area where his friends at.

"Why?" Bryle asked him. Khiel removed his hand covering his mouth and told them what he just witness earlier.

"What are you laughing at?"

"Ojichan, you're getting more older than usual. Don't nag----Ahhhh!" Trance almost teared up when grandfather started on tickling her.

"I don't want it!" Trance yelped as she tried to escape her grandfather's grasp. Finally after tickling her on her neck and waist, her grandfather released her and let her fix herself.

"Oh! Are you standing there just now or not?" Trance asked his three friends who's waiting at her on the doorway. Khiel shook his head while Hary's staring at the 5'4 tall girl and scanning her hair like its the first time he saw it.

"You look like a cat." He said before he vent out a laugh. Calling Trance a cat is part of Hary's morning routine. That's because of her cat-like eyes and her cat-like behavior sometimes.

Trance slapped him on his shoulder, making Hary yelped while Khiel and Bryle shook their heads and head outside.

"Sometime I want you to become a dinosaur." Trance retorted before she hopped in inside of the car.

"Why? Because I'm scary and you want me to be tall?" Hary asked her before he shuffled and seated next to Trance.

"No, because they're dead." Trance replied while staring at the view outside as the car functions. Hary stared at poker faced Trance. The two boys on the front snickered and Hary looked at Trance with done face. Trance smiled while Hary clenched his fist.

"Trance and Hary both scored one this morning. Quits." Bryle said as he looked at Trance and Hary behind. Hary averted his gaze away and smiled bitterly.

"Why you become my friend anyway?" Hary murmurs and Trance probably heard it. Trance's expression turned into smug one before she covered her mouth in sassy way.

"Should we stop them?" Khiel asked Bryle in low voice but Bryle shook his head before he watch both Trance and Hary on the backseat by looking at the rear view mirror.

"No, my money is on Trance. Its always on her anyways." Bryle said with a grin while his eyes glued on the mirror.

"Why are you crying? I heard the rumors, that you're the savage kid on prison section but you probably doesn't look like one." Hary glared at her but Trance remained on giving him smug look. He's pissed but his mouth remained shut.

"Savage your face. You look like a trying hard boy." She added, making Hary slammed his hands on the backseat. He can't clapped back because all of his bravery turn into ash after the girl beside him roasted him. He's hurt, offended and mostly, he's mad.

"That's it! I hate you!" Hary said like a whining child while his tears started to burst. He knew he shouldn't cry over those words but the rudest of the rude girl named Trance Miyazaki who said that. He used to it but its always like first time to him.

He put a big space between him and Trance. Now, he seat beside the other edge, beside the door.

"See? She scored two." Bryle proudly said before he removed the seatbelt and get out of the car. His friends did the same too.

They entered the room and Hary got comforted by Khiel while Trance can't help but to raised her middle finger at Hary everytime the boy took a glance on her.

"She raised it again!" Hary whined while still on tears. Khiel tried his best to not to laughed before he hugged Hary's head and pat it.

Hiro hide his face using his text book while laughing after witnessing how Hary cry like a baby and Haru, who's wide awake while his arms are crossed and placed on the top of the desk while he leaned his chin on it is silently watching them. Trance remained smiling while Bryle motioned her to stop now. Hary is always be a big crybaby despite of his attitude sometimes.

"Savage boy is a big crybaby." Trance said, making Hary glared at her despite of his puffy eyes but Trance raised her middle finger at him again. Hary hugged Khiel again and cry, like a child.

"Stop now." Bryle said to her while trying to not to make an eye contact to her and Trance raised both of her hands. He's trying to not to because he knows that if he looked at Trance he'll surely laughed and Trance knows that.

"Okay I'm going to stop now, Hiro said he's going to say something to you." Trance retorted, making the boy face them and laughed silently. To his surprise, Bryle's eyes widened while Trance and Hiro snickered.

"You fox!" The girl looked at her innocently. She's about to defend herself but the guard knocked on their door.

"Where's Miyazaki?" Three of them looked at the guard in sync, making the guard eyed at them in whole confusion. He silently cursed after realizing that three of students in the class shares same surnames.

"I mean, Trance Miyazaki." Trance stood up.

"What is it?"

"Follow me, the dean wants to talk to you."
