6 Chapter 6 Date with the Devil(Pt. 3)

"Dad, why were you so late today?"

A kid with black hairs and black eyes asked an elder who was his dad. The kid was overflowing with excitement. He had an action figure in his left hand and his right hand was empty probably in expectation of something. The action figure was of 'Metallord form of Black'(popular anime of that kid's time.). He didn't even know that it was the role of that character in the anime that would inspire him to rise from his depression in the future.

The father handed him a toffee. And the kid, as his world was small, became happy.

"Sthet, did you do your homework?"

"Yeah, I did."

"Honey, you didn't do much work today, right?", the father asked to someone sick lying on the bed in the right most room which was probably his wife. Long black hairs and blue eyes and a cheering smile even when she was sick, was on her face.

"I wasn't actually not allowed to do the work at my own house."

"Sthet did all the work before I even thought of doing the work."

"What?", The father was surprised.

"Amazing Sthet. You know what you deserve now."

"What? What?", the kid asked excitedly.

"A dad kiss."

"Noooooo….

Not that."

―――――

"What is hacking dad?", Sthet asked one day when he was in fourth grade.

"Its nothing, pay no attention to it."

The truth wasn't like that. Sthet's father was actually a mastermind ethical hacker at CIA. He was known for his inhumanely perfect executions. But he knew it's dark side and everything related to it. It was dangerous for even a little information to be out.

"But I wanna know about it dad, it seems interesting."

"Interesting.!!", The father looked with a cold destroyable gaze and the kid got scared and started to cry.

"I am sorry, please stop Sthet. I will do anything you want."

"Anything?"

"Anything!"

"Teach me about hacking."

"…"

"(sigh) Sure. But there are some conditions.

First, I will give you homework aside from your school homework of course.

Second, you cannot do a practical until I am in your supervision.

Third, If you think of giving it up for some time that is I won't give you any holidays, then you will never even think of learning it again."

The father was sure that if he taught him very difficultly and very technically. Then his son would soon give up but he forgot something, he was his son.

Two months had passed and he had learned knowledge and it's practical applications which take two years to b learnt in college. His father was totally shocked he was unable to believe that. After teaching him for whole year which he started to enjoy himself. He took a test, both practical and theoretical both contained questions the father wasn't able to do at his first glance.

But…his son did and surprised everyone who knew about that. Sthet just became good and gooder at hacking and other stuff like that. The father felt that his son could surpass him at the age of seventeen.

He was twelve when he started to help him with his job. The father was taken aback. His geniusness was ridiculously amazing.

Everything was good. Sthet's mother had a disease which had miraculously started to heal even when the doctors told her that she would probably get infected by cancer. It was probably due to the happiness in the house. But happiness always lasts for small time.

One day, Sthet's father died in an accident.

His mother got infected by cancer.

They were overburdened by debts. Chased by debt sharks.

Sthet fell into depression.

His mother on the verge of death.

.

.

Suddenly Sthet recovered from his depression.

His mother started to become stable but now he was going to die and be knew that if he died then it was done for. His mother would… also die,...WHICH HE WON'T ALLOW.

―――――

I told Zascoe everything even 'my try to rob people to get money' in the hope that he would understand. He now seemed like a good guy.

"Kid, listen if you were under my case or something like that. I would have left you. But this is not my case, this is my country's case. Russia's case and I am fellow being of Russia, and it's my duty."

In anger, I pushed him away. So foolish I was. He had a gun, he could just shoot me. But I still ran and was surprised that he didn't shoot. I ran away.

It was insane that I was trying to avoid my inevitable death.

If I wanted I could kill him instead, on the click of my phone. But I had abandoned that. I had abandoned the Pandora's box. I had abandoned the powers of a hacker…. I had abandoned the powers of a god.

.

.

.

After my father's death.
