Lily

Panda whispered " I am sorry General, shot was not within the sight". I looked at her and ordered " 200 heavy arms training and 3 days containment". Panda gave a salute acknowledging her punishment. This was supposed to be their last mission and before retiring they chose to go on a mission. A last chance in the field as a complete unit.

There team was the most formidable team in whole military and was given the name " Shadow predator", because we could be following you without you knowing and attack with fatal blow like a predator hiding in the dark I am the leader of this group and General by rank with call name as Lion". In 2 hours we reached the military base where woman was carried and taken for further treatment. I stood outside waiting for the result when Monkey came out with his face gloomy which made my heart constrict .

He finally gave a response " she has fracture ribs, right humerus,left tibia - fibula and proof of multiple violent intercourse. Her heart was saved as she is dextro cardiac ( her heart in right side) but lung is punctured. Currently she is in coma with low success rate of her waking up. We have to transfer her when her condition stabilizes to main military hospital because she needs further help and medication along with complete MRI.

After one week she was stabilized but still in Coma when we transferred her to Capital city. She was still in coma and these days were spent by her bedside. I let my family think I was doing my last work before retiring but I was not in the mood to leave her side. Panda came to my side. She was silent waiting for me for permission " Lion, I was also responsible for her state please allow me to be with her, you can finish your work in daytime when I will accompany her and at night you can come back. This way your work will not be disrupted.

I looked the Lily's face, this was the name I gave her these few days. Nodding my head I moved to my house for first time in last fifteen days. First it was mission and now Lily, I took bath and had a first full night sleep but still my dreams were filled by her smile when she was shot in the chest. Waking up I moved to my office completing my report and other left over work. After leaving the office my twin brother Tag was waiting for me. He smiled " long time no see brother".

I nodded my head and followed him to the closest bar where after lifting the bottle of Scotch I finished it one gulp. My brother smiled " now brother tell me what happened".
