10 Chapter 10

After Ace straightened out everything regarding Rukia and how he now owed her one, Ace went to talk with Urahara. He had a great list of items and materials he intended to buy from him, ores from all over the world, unique plants, and more things. The total value was greater than what Ace had in hand, but Urahara let him pay in installments with the first payment being half of the money Ace had on hand, meaning that half of the remaining 2 million dollars went to smoke just like that.

It pained Ace to see this, but money existed to be spent in Ace's eyes and he wanted to start practicing. Thanks to his great increase in skill levels Ace was now a inventor at level 45 of 100 and also a chemist at level 18 of 100. That means he had a lot of capacity to invent things and there was much he intended to create so as to be prepared for the future, he doesn't know when the 'plot' will start precisely so he had to put in his all to make things work as fast as he possibly could.

While leaving he bribed Yoruichi into getting him some of the research data from Urahara, nothing too dangerous of course, but still useful. Yoruichi accepted in exchange for him preparing her a great feat with plenty of fish in it, Ace was just too glad to accept such simple terms.

After having everything settled Ace returned to the Kurosaki residence with Ichigo and Rukia. The scene inside was, unfortunately, expected with Isshin crying on the couch due to how his little babies are being secretive with him due to girl's talk. How they were no longer those cute little angels and saying words like 'whoever is her first date, I will need to teach them who is boss'. It was disturbing to see a man that is likely around Satan-Class in combat prowess balling his eyes out like that, and for Ace it was a tad terrifying as he now knew that the two had feelings for him.

He had to wonder why was he getting surrounded by girls whose parents are likely able to wipe the floor with him and all parents have a protective streak a mile wide. In the end he could only chop it off as being his shitty luck and curse whoever sent him to this world, the person was likely laughing his/her ass off at Ace right about now.

Regardless Ace called Mio as they had to go home now, quickly enough she came down stairs with the twins and Masaki. Ace upon seeing the twins coming down the stairs talking easily with each other, felt a weight lifted off his shoulders upon truly knowing they both were safe and well. Honestly, he might have intellectually known they could have been injured on the whole incident that made Ichigo Shinigami, but hearing of how it went still made him very nervous inside seeing as they were as close to him as childhood friends of opposite genders could be without becoming weird. That they had a crush on him being irrelevant on this situation as he was simply glad they were fine.

"I am glad that you both are fine, Yuzu, Karin. If anything happens, please call me. I will not let my favorite twins down." Ace said, meaning every word. At that moment he didn't care about the game system or that they had crushes on him, he was just glad they were fine. He then let out the smile from the sheer relief the two were fine.

However, when he gave out that smile a message showed up on his phone that made his smile falter and he deciding to go back home already as he could no longer deal with all this crap from his system.

Ace felt like he truly was the buttjoke of some asshole up there to give him such an useless skill. To say Ace had bolted out of there as fast as he could afterwards would be an understatement. After all, the two twins blushed heavily at his words and the sheer killing intent emanating by their father (a father who, again, could likely fight the likes of Sirzechs or Serafall without an issue) was enough of an encouragement for him to not stay there for much longer.

His objective in this life was simply surviving until his twenties, at the very least, become strong enough to be able to do as he pleases without needing to step on eggshells all the time, and perhaps play around with a girl or two before settling down with someone he honestly loved and then go far away from all this supernatural crap that surrounds him for now.

Instead, more and more it seemed like his dream of simply being able to enjoy an early retirement was becoming just that, a dream.

To make everything even worse his bike was taken by the devils when they took him and Ace would need to wait until he could communicate with them regarding compensation for this robbery and the recovery of said bike. That bike had a lot of unique items like dials and other such things, he certainly didn't want the devils or anyone else getting those, especially for free.

Grumbling Ace had to carry Mio and Mashiro (who had awakened at some point while he was out) back, moving to outside the streets he transformed into a full lion and made them both mount him (and not on the funny and great way, unfortunately).

He then moved to Kuoh and arrived to his destination in a bit over 50 minutes, he could have gone considerably faster but that would make Mio uncomfortable with the travel and she needed rest just as much if not more than him. Mashiro was just laughing the whole way and gave a few slaps to his ass telling him to go faster as if he was some sort of horse.

Needless to say Ace wanted to throw her out right there and then, but he really couldn't considering she could literally break him in half with her tights alone. Instead he just continued to travel but whenever she tried something like that he would transform the part she was sitting on in fire just so she would learn not to mess with him.

Getting into Kuoh Ace returned to his human form and took a taxi to his house, Mio dozing off on his shoulder during the way and him just waiting to get there, but seeing Mio coze up to him he gave a slightly gentle smile and patted her head. She snuggled closer at the touch and smiled a bit even if she was asleep.

Deciding to ignore that Ace simply decided to make sure Mio would be fine, she went thought a lot and needed some good rest. As for Mashiro, Ace really had to remember the payment for keeping her around, he was also tempted on making her just stay with them for now as he was quite sure she could one-shot someone like Kokabiel easily.

100 years ago Mashiro was a liutenant of Soul Society, since then she trained hard AND got mastery over her Hollow mask. Ace had little doubt Mashiro could clear the floor with the likes of Kokabiel with just one kick.

In all honesty Ace was too mentally tired due to having had to deal with so much on the last 24 hours, he wanted to go rest already, not deal with Mashiro's antics.

When he arrived at his home Ace could see that the neighbor has certainly changed as he was quite sure that his neighbor's house wasn't three stores high with several powerful individuals inside. While grumbling about this whole situation he was quite sure that Sirzechs already made some of the preparations Ace had requested of him. However, Ace again felt like he was cheated a whole lot of cash from the deal, Sirzechs was fucking cheap.

Shaking Mio awake she looks a bit confused and look up at him.

"Are we there yet?" She asked and Ace nodded.

"Yes, you will soon be able to properly rest." He then noticed that she had a little something on her mouth and using a finger he wiped away the small bit of droll she had left roll out of her mouth while taking the small nap. "Here, much better." he said and she blushed, understanding what he did and what she did regarding sleeping in his shoulder.

"I, I see. Thanks." She said to Ace.

Ignoring the development in front of his eyes and pretending not to see anything Ace opened the door and pulled Mio along. Mashiro was already out of the car and looking all around with interest.

"Wow, I don't remember you having that near your house." Mashiro said, pointing at the mansion.

"It just came up." Ace said before thinking for a moment and saying. "Mashiro, I have a very important mission for you, okay?"

"Sure! Tell me, I can be a super secretive amazing badass ninja so any order you give I can do it!" Mashiro said and Ace nodded.

"Great, I want you to pay attention when we get in my home. If anyone, mainly my stupid cousin, starts to act perverted to Mio I want you to incapacitate her, but you are not to truly hurt or cause any form of permanently damage him." Ace said and Mashiro gave him a huge thumbs up while Mio looked at Ace nervously.

"Is your cousin a pervert or something?" She asked and Ace sighed in defeat.

"You have no idea." Ace said as Mio trembled, remembering while growing up having to deal with her fair share of boys that didn't seem to stop staring at her breasts. It is not like she WANTED them to become that big or anything, they just did. What she didn't know was that the cousin was a girl, not that it diminished the perviness in her case.

Mio honestly lost count of the number of times a classmate would come to talk to her and not look at her in the eyes at all, just look at her breasts. It annoyed her more than most things, truth be told.

A few moments later they entered the house, Ace needing to at least talk with his legal guardians about him moving out to the neighbor's house.

"Oh Ace, you're finally back, how come you didn't tell us you would be gone for so long?" Miki Hyoudou asked when Ace entered the house. The woman had short brown hair and a serene face as she looked at the kid she helped raise.

"Sorry aunt Miki, I got a call from someone at Kankura town for a job and one thing led to another." Ace said and she nodded, knowing that Ace took his work very seriously and would sometimes spend entire days away in a job or another. She worried for him, but she long since realized he was much more mature than her own child and that Ace could take care of himself. Honestly, when she compared her own kid with Ace she had to wonder what made those two who grew up together be so diagonally different about most things.

Looking beyond Ace and at the two girls coming in with him she had to fight to hide a slight frown. Seeing the beauties that were with Ace Miki had to make it where her daughter had competition. Miki could only hope, despite all her numerous problems with the idea, that Isane might get her way.

Miki wanted grandkinds one way or another dammit.

"Oh I see, and who are these pretty young ladies?" Miki said with a teasing smile to Ace, playing off her inner turmoil. Ace, meanwhile, felt like he really didn't want to see such a smile on her face, ever.

"Its a pleasure meeting with you Ms. Miki, my name is Mio Naruse." Mio said without hesitation and Miki looked surprised at the girl's beauty and ways of acting.

'My daughter, you might really have to hope Ace accept to share, otherwise I don't see you wining this one.' Miki thought to herself in all seriousness and slight exasperation.

"Oh please call me Miki, saying Ms makes me old. It is nice to see that this child of mine has found himself in the company of such a pretty and polite girl." Miki said and Mio blushed a bit.

Mio didn't know how to react, due to how her body developed she was not used to boys and the words of Miki made her overly conscious of Ace who was likely the second most good looking guy she has ever met (Sirzechs still beat him on that front, even if not by that much).

Mashiro then was about to introduce herself when Isane came from the corridor and look at the scene.

Before Isane could finish her sentence, Mashiro was upon her, locking her on a headlock until Isane passed away. Ace looked at this and sighed, seeing that he really would not be able to live here if he was to protect Mio. Mio just went through a lot and needed time to process everything, meanwhile Isane's first word upon seeing her was 'boobies'.

Ace might not like this, but for Mio's sake it would likely be for the best like this. Mio was almost sexually abused after her parents dying in front of her, she needed at least a few days for properly get better.

"Pervert!" Ace said looking at Isane who was just starting to return to consciousness.

Mashiro lost interest in this and turned to Miki who looked at the scene in shock.

"My name is Mashiro, I am the super duper cool fighter and a friend of Ace. Please take care of me." Mashiro said, showing a pose. Isane, even in pain, noted Mashiro's breasts moving as she did her pose and even with her neck hurting she tried to move it only to get a better angle.

"Oh and before I forget this is Mashiro, I told her to incapacitate anyone who tries to do or act perverted in front of Mio due to some reasons. Don't worry, she knows her strength well and what she did will not cause any permanent damage." Ace explained and Miki gave a relieved sigh, knowing that her kid wouldn't be in need of a hospital. They were not so rich and if not for Ace pitching in with some of the money from his job then they could be on the red considering how much Isane's hobbies cost, what with the eroges and magazines she bought as well as the adult toys she had in store (Miki could swear that her daughter was in the way of getting herself a sex store from how many of such toys she had).

"Y-you traitor, why would you do this to your own cute cousin?" Isane said, looking at Ace only about 40% of the time, the rest spent on staring from Mashiro's to Mio's breasts.

"Because I feel like it was necessary." Ace said, not explaining how he feared that Mio could have trauma from the previous night and thus didn't want to expose her to extra pervertedness, for now at least. He doubted that this world would let Mio not end up involved in those sort of events sooner or later, but if he could delay it she would have more time to recover.

"That's your answer?!" Isane asked in shock and betrayal.

In truth, Ace had wondered more than once if this cousin of his was born in the fate universe if she would create an Unlimited Boobs Works. Unfortunately, his bet was yes.

"Anyway, I'm packing my stuff." Ace said, shocking both Miki and Isane.

"What?" the two asked and Ace explained.

"I was hired to protect and take care of Mio for the next half a year at least. I will be living next door so it would be simple enough and things wouldn't change that much." Ace explained and Isane was about to say something when Miki spoke up.

"You better come say hello at least once every other day and we WILL be having a Sunday lunch all together with you cooking." Miki said and Ace nodded easily enough. Isane looked at her mother in shock and betrayals since her mother knew of her feelings perfectly well, but her mother didn't give her any attention for now.

She knew better than most how, at the times when Ace decided something, he would do it. Even if she tried to fight against it there was little chance she could convince Ace not to do something he decided upon, as such, instead of fighting she would make sure to get the best results possible from this.

Ace nodded his head, accepting her words, before proclaiming.

"Well, with that settled, I will be preparing my things now. I still have a date in a few hours." Ace said as it was around 5 PM and he had to meet Ruruko in around three hours.

He left the others there quickly, not wanting to see Isane's reactions towards this change of events. Especially since he now understood that Isane truly liked him.

Ace cared a lot for her so seeing her sad was something he never want to see, but if he stayed in this house with Mio then it would only be putting Isane in danger and if he said no to Sirzechs there then Ace's plans would be derailed considerably. Ace wanted to make sure the world wouldn't collapse into itself, as such he could not waste any possibility to get stronger and secure a future in this world.

Going into his room, however, made Ace regret most of his decisions in life up until this point.

After all, he was not pleased in the slightest by the white-haired loli girl messing with everything in his room, one look at her and he was quite sure she was Maria, the loli succubus. Few other girls could look so young and yet arouse one's lust so easily, only a succubus could do so and considering Ace had Mio downstairs it was a safe bet to think she was who he thought she was. The fact she seemed to be holding onto one of his few ero magazines (he was still a healthy male with a sex drive, thank you very much) was not helping his mood at all.

With a twitching eyebrow, Ace moved to right behind Maria. With his shadow looming over her she realized someone was there, as such she turned to look up at him.

"Hello, my name is Maria. You must be Ace-san." Maria said, standing her right hand to a handshake while still having his ero magazine in her left hand.

"Let me guess, a succubus." Ace said and maria looked shocked.

"Wow, how did you figure out I am one?" She asked surprised, her hand still on her underwear.

"Because I can't imagine a single other species where a girl would waltz into a boy's room and walk around while holding his ero magazines without a single sign of shame. Well, unless you are my cousin, but she is an exception of the rule." Ace deadpanned at her and she chuckled at that.

"Well, I needed to know what your kinks are like if we are going to be living together. And I must say, I am impressed." She said and Ace just shrugged at her words.

He was a normal teen in this life and his hormones were not exactly helping him (that his cousin had provoked him many times already and would do all sorts of stuff on the room right beside his own certainly didn't help). Also, considering he was always a bit of an otaku in both his previous and current life, him having several fetishes was nothing too special.

"I still don't see why you would need to know of those, but anyway. Can you leave? I need to get changed and prepare my clothes if I am to go to live in the other house." Ace said and Maria nodded.

"Sure, that is fine. I will wait downstairs for you then." Maria said as she left.

A few moments later Ace held her head firmly as he pulled her back.

"Oh, you don't have to be so forceful. I am sure we can work something ou-" Maria began saying flirtatiously only for Ace to show her his open palm.

"My magazines, return them now." He said and she looked troubled.

"Finders keepers?" She said with a shaky smile to which he just stared at her. Sighing at this she said. "Can I at least borrow them for a little while? I need this information! My pride as a succubus demands it." She said and Ace just began to pressure her head, not that it really did anything to her as she just gave him back the magazines.

Seeing this he smiled, knowing that no one else would go about knowing such intimate details of his life now.

Maria looked up at him as he smiled and their close proximity made her intensely realize his body odor from all the fighting and other things he did in the last 24 hours since he didn't take a bath yet.

The end result, considering she is a succubus, was to be expected.

Deadpanning at the lustful expression which a loli should not be giving out and the fact she seemed to be liking him due to acting violent and forceful with her, Ace took the magazines from her hands. After doing so he pushed her out and closed the door, proceeding then to put everything he needed for moving on a bag.

He could only wonder if it would really be worth it, all the fighting he would be doing and dealing with a loli succubus for the sake of the payment.

Then he remembers the many new trinkets he got from his latest buying and the fact he would be needing to get a lot more if he was to truly survive the next few years. Knowing he should only accept that he didn't have much on the way of options anymore he noticed something, on the back of his closet was his guitar.

He sometimes worked as musician to gain extra, something that could gain him decently well before, but he usually used it more for the sake of when he wanted to just relax. To just play and let his mind wander away during the music.

This and cooking were two of the things he did for the sake of simply enjoying himself, and his musician level increased by quite a lot with his last bout on the gacha.

With his guitar on hand Ace sat on his bed, tuned his guitar, and then he decided on a music he would quite enjoy.

One that made him think fitting considering that his life would likely change quite a bit from this day forward.

Finishing the song Ace looked up, he could hear in the distance people talking and what seemed like a mess downstairs, but for just this moment he let his guard down, fully relaxed and thought how, come as it may, he will face tomorrow.

Head up and knowing that whatever comes he will just have to tough it up.

Back in the Underworld one could find a certain flaming chicken drinking from a glass of wine while looking at a picture.

"How beautiful. She would make a fine addition to match my adorable future bride." Riser Phenex said while one of his hands draped over the shoulder of his Queen. "You have brought me valuable information. I give you my thanks, consider this a gift."

After he said so Riser took out a crate with about 50 or so unities of Phoenix Tears and gave it to the devil in front of him.

"I appreciate it and hope to be able to do business with you in the future in the name of the Old Satan Faction." The devil said and Riser waved him off, not wanting to interact with them more than needed.

The Old Satan faction wanted to difame the current Lucifer urgently, before they wanted to capture and use Mio for that directly but as they wouldn't be able to make a move since Sirzechs was now much more careful about her and with the girl now in Kuoh (the Old Satan Faction already knowing this due to their several spies) they couldn't do much.

Even if they wanted to spread the news they would not be easily believed and it would be easy for Sirzechs to push it all under the rug. As such they came to the decision to make someone Sirzechs wouldn't be overly worried about to make the fuss needed to spread the news. Someone who wouldn't think of consequences and would not realize what was truly at stake here.

Riser Phenex was a perfect one for this, just show him the picture of Mio and say she was related to Rias and was not currently engaged or anything and he was more than happy over the thoughts of claiming a 'set' of red haired big breasted girls.

With this they even got 50 vials of Phenex Tears, truly two birds with one stone.

Not that Riser thought about any of that since the head that was currently doing the thinking for him was the one downstairs. And it was only thinking on fucking up, even if it didn't yet realize that it would be the one getting fucked up real soon.
