Fundamental Elements
All chakras in existence are made up of the following 12 chakras and Chaos energy.
Soul, Creation, Neutral, Yin and Yang chakras are called the core elements because the only way to create them is by extracting them from the chaos energy directly.
1.) Space Chakra = Self Explanatory.

2.) Time Chakra = Self Explanatory.

3.) Soul Chakra = Pure Soul force. Pretty much self explanatory.

4.) Vitality Chakra = Pure Vitality inside a living being.

5.) Heat Chakra = Pure form of heat.

6.) Cold Chakra = Pure form of cold.
All kinds of chakras are constantly being created and destroyed in the atmosphere, to maintain the balance.

7.) Destruction Chakra = Converts chaos energy that is outside the plane into Neutral, Soul, Creation, Yin and Yang elements. It also wipes any other elements out of existence, but mostly it floats outside the world, where there is a large amount of chaos energy.

8.) Neutral Chakra = A kind of chakra that can be converted into any other form of chakra through the Creation element. It can NOT be converted into Creation, Soul, Neutral, Yin and Yang chakras.

9.) Creation Chakra = Chakra responsible for converting Neutral element into all the other kinds of chakras, OTHER THAN Soul, Creation, Neutral, Yin and Yang chakras. It only acts when the balance is broken between the elements.

10.) Absorption Chakra = Attracts all the other type of energies towards it self, including the chaos energy.

11.) Reality Chakra = Uses all the other kind of chakras to shape reality while using Yin and Yang chakras as a base. It can NOT be used on the existing reality as it will NOT combine with Yin and Yang chakras inside an existing reality.
Hence, it can only be used outside the world where only chaos energy is present. If used inside the world without the Yin and Yang elements, then the shaped reality will only be temporary and it will revert back to normal after a given time, depending on the amount of reality chakra used.

12.) Force Chakra = A kind of chakra that generates all the fundamental forces in nature, depending on the nature of reality. It also constantly pushes the Destruction chakra outside the plane of existence, into the chaos.

Yin Chakra = A combination of Soul, Cold and Creation chakras. Can not exist without Yang chakra, unless it is combined with other kind of chakras to form a new chakra.

Yang Chakra = A combination of Vitality, Heat and Destruction chakra. Can not exist without Yin chakra, unless it is combined with other kind of chakras to form a new chakra.

The Yin Yang here is not the same as the Yin Yang found in the human body, even though they are similar in many properties. The chakras found in human body are simply spiritual chakra and physical chakra.

Time chakra is always constantly changing.
Fire = Combination of Time and Reality chakra.
Water = Combination of Time, Soul and Reality chakra.
Earth = Combination of Time, Vitality and Reality chakra.
Wind = Combination of Time, Force and Reality chakra.
Lightning = Combination of Time, Force and Reality chakra.

Only these five elements and their kekkei genkais can be used by humans because chakra was given to humans by the sage of six paths.
