71 Heart to Heart

"Hey Heath, what are you doing here? Aren't you going to get some sleep? I mean we have a big tournament coming soon.

And we may need the sleeps while we may or may not survive it. I'm just saying it may as well be a death match but I hope it isn't because .... uh ..."

Ryu was stuck on what he wanted to say say next because of what he had said earlier. Mizuki then fixed it by saying.

"He Hope's that you and the others can bring victory on this tournament to which I find very questionable on who must've been the one to go through all this trouble just to make something like this".

Ryu and Heath seem to agree on that but the real question was that. Were they ready for what may be the end of the road?

Heath and Mizuki then went to talk about how they first met and how much things have changed because of this and how it was thanks to Ryu that helped them to where they are.

"Remember that dream we always had, that dream in which we would be protecting the whole of Japan and superheroes".

Mizuki then hitted him in the shoulder and told him that it was his dream while she still had reach her dream of being a pop sensation.

Ryu then asked, "Why do you want to be someone like that I mean yeah that's a life changing thing.

But still you don't want to be stuck with a thousand people wanting to take pictures of you while having to other things".

Mizuki then revealed something about her past, "When I was 6 and was still with that Perverted family. I had always loved going to music festivals.

I would always go with my mother and as we enjoyed the music, I listened to the music, it made me remember the good times that were always so important to me as a child".

Ryu and Heath seemed to respect that and to hope to help Mizuki reach that. As the day almost went by.

Ryu, Heath and Mizuki looked to where they come from and as they did, they realised how much their past had led them to where they are now.

Miu went looking for them when she found them at the rooftop and she decided to join them and as she did so. Heath asked her this.

"So Miu, why happened that made you fall in love with Ryu anyway, I mean he's good looking and all but what gives?"

She replied in a calm tone, "Remember when we first met at the hospital while I was ill, Ryu somehow saved me and he gave me something that proved our friendship".

Heath and Mizuki understood the situation but saw Miu was also blushing and she was touching her face as she did.

"One thing that may stay in my memory forever was when he was touching me, I couldn't help but to ...."

She came to realise that she was speaking out loud and as she did, she tried to pretend that nothing had happened.

As they laughed it off, they seemed to be glad with how it came around because it meant that they wouldn't have been tougher and they seem to be glad about it.

"Well Maybe it's time for bed because we need to be ready".

They decided to go bed as they realise that they were staying outside at night for a long time. As the day came. Ryu and Heath were ready for what was going to lie ahead.
