50 4.12 This messenger likes fire

Feng was sitting on the floor of the hotel room, breathing heavily. He stood up, avoiding looking at the ice bucket. Feng looked around for a cover and put it on top of it.

Once he did, he felt like he could finally breathe normally again. Feng walked to Yunchen who was still laying silently on the bed. He stopped before he could reach him.

Feng felt like the aura surrounding him was different, it was eerie, and it made him uncomfortable.

He called:

"Yunchen?"

He called again when Yunchen didn't react.

"Yunchen?"

They were still no movements. Yunchen was looking at the ceiling unblinkingly. Feng took a few steps back when he suddenly stood up from the bed. But Yunchen ignored him and walked to the door.

Feng felt his heartbeat quicken when Yunchen locked the hotel room. Yunchen turned and asked expressionlessly:

"You were planning to destroy my career as well?"

Feng panicked but immediately denied:

"Of course not, I told you we're in this together."
