Stepping out from behind the counters, I once again saw the empty tavern. The only person inside besides myself and Yimmie was Erana who was still sitting at her chair while she waited for us.

I'm not very great at reading the mood, but this place is melancholic. Usually, the sounds of people having fun conversations, drinks being shared, or celebrations of victories would be heard. For it to be silent… It's disturbing.

Erana turned towards me and stood up. "Any big news?"

"Uh… Yeah." I stepped towards Erana. "Can you show me your status screen?"

Erana looked like she wanted to ask why, but shrugged and opened her status screen.

Instead of displaying her stats, a familiar message in red appeared.
