Try to create a single persona for the big boss handsome dude. it seems like you want him to be a omnipotent power kinda guy so he shouldn't react so much. nothing should faze him until MC become OP or something like that. not be surprised and intrigued when he is asked questions that it is his job to answer.

you say what to tell you what to improve on, but maybe you should actually post some chapters. honestly, I think thats the best advice I have ever given.
