69 Cheater

"If you are not going to be our party members, then the least you 2 can do is give us your points and die."

Obcisor frowned a little when he heard the swordsman. But the frown slowly turned into a smile. He looked towards the swordsman and asked," Oh, you want my points, is that right?"

"Of course I want it, you idiot. Now, shut up, and just die." The swordsman lifted his sword overhead and swung it downward towards Obcisor.

Obcisor didn't dodge. He didn't catch the falling sword. He just let him attack. He wanted to see how much damage this guy could do. But, the notification that came up was not one he was expecting.

<'98,211' missed>

'Ha! Did he miss? Haha.' Obcisor found it funny. His evasion always seemed to work when he was least expecting it to. The swordsman however wasn't laughing at this 'comedic' moment.

'How did I miss? Did he use an evasion spell? He must've.' The swordsman thought as he once more, brought his sword high up and swung it downward.

This time, he didn't miss. Except, he got another notification.

"What?" he couldn't help but vocalize his surprise. The archer and the mage were surprised by his loud voice as well. "What's wrong? Why are you shouting? Just kill him," the archer said.

The swordsman tried to hack Obcisor a few more times, but all he got was a look of disdain from Obcisor.

"You bastard. You are cheating. I will report you to the GM," the swordsman started shouting. The archer and mage were flabbergasted at what was happening.

The archer and mage started preparing to attack as well. The archer nocked an arrow into his bow, and the mage started channeling some skill.

They both attacked at the same time.

[Bulwark's Revenge]

Obcisor took some minor damage from the mage, and surprisingly also took some damage from the archer. 'Does the archer have Absolute Damage skills?' he thought.

The skill he used returned massive damage that dealt a good chunk of their HP as damage.

""WHAT!!!"" it was their turn to be shocked now. The swordsman had stopped attacking so he was unsure what just happened, but guessing from their reaction, he thought the opponent must've taken 0 damage as well.

Obcisor looked towards Pink Star and said, "Stay here, and don't move."

[Slime Wall]

A slimy, water-like object formed in mid-air, right in front of Pink Star. It slowly stretched out to become a near-invisible, transparent film-like barrier.

This was the defense wall made by Obcisor using his skill [Slime wall] in his item, [Slime Ring]. The slime wall had half his HP and had 80% of his defenses, both magical and physical.

It lasted for 10 seconds, or until its HP went out. Meaning, Obcisor didn't have to care out Pink Star for 10 seconds now.

[Shield Bash]

He immediately attacked the mage. He had fought enough parties in this game to know that he had to always go for the person that had debuffs.

The mage had 0 status resistance, so he was stunned for all of 2 minutes. Obcisor took out his two daggers and started to attack the mage. The archer, and swordsman attacked him, but they did no damage.

The archer quickly died, before he was even out of his stun. Lights flashed as [zap] traveled from the mage, to the archer to the swordsman, damaging each for about 400 magic damage.

After the mage was dead, Obcisor immediately used [Air Slash] on the archer. 5 green slashes appeared and shot at the archer.

The archer died. 5 different slashed doing 120% of Obcisor's INT as damage each, amplified by another 50+% due to his 500+ INT was too much for the archer. Besides, the archer had already taken the [Bulwark's Revenge] and [Zap] damage.

Seeing both his party members die within seconds, the swordsman started to feel fear. "You really are cheating. Yo-You don't come near me."

The swordsman turned around and started to run away.

[Vocal Taunt]

Immediately, the swordsman once again ran towards Obcisor trying to hit him. The swordsman couldn't stop his taunted body from doing so no matter how much he wanted.

The swordsman had better VIT and DEF than the other 2 members, so killing him took a bit longer than 5 seconds his taunt gave him. But still, in the end, the swordsman couldn't overcome death.

Since, Obcisor and Pink Star were partied, Pink Star also got the same notification. In mere moments, she had gained nearly 10,000 points.

She was already shocked at how easily Obcisor killed the trio, but seeing so many points took her by more surprise.

"Thank you, brother Obcisor. " She thanked him, and thought, 'I made a good choice when I decided to party with him."

"It's no problem, sister Pink Star. Come, let's be on our way now," he said as he once more walked along the river. They didn't know where they were going. But they didn't care.

The swordsman who was just killed by Obcisor respawned in the 'Temple of Radiance' he had set as his spawn point. He immediately got out of the temple and saw a massive rankings list in the sky.

He looked at the first ranking and was shocked.

"That's the f**k**g bastard that killed me," he shouted.

Immediately, he went ahead to spectate the match and opened the ongoing comments. He immediately started typing in,

"'5,982,343' is a goddamn cheater. I was just killed by him."

"We all know, bro. He couldn't be so high without cheating."

"Any proof?"

"Is he really cheating?."

"Anyone found him yet?"

The swordsman looked at the comments and got irritated. He once again sent out messages,

"We need to report this to the GMs. That guy took 0 damage when I hit him multiple times. "

"Yo! Does that mean you've seen him?"

"You know what he looks like."

"Where did he kill you?"

"Do you know his location?"

The swordsman got angrier. These people were more interested in where he was, or how he looked than the fact that he was cheating and getting top results in a competition.

Still, he decided to answer.

"He is wearing a mask. All of his other items are very normal. The most unique thing about him is probably his green hair. He killed me, and 2 of my party members near a large river, by some grassland. He was with a girl in a white dress."

"Everyone, start searching for a green-haired, mask-wearing male near a large river."

" We can try looking for girls with the white dress too."

Everyone immediately started searching for Obcisor as soon as they learned about his aesthetics and general location. After knowing what to search for, it didn't take the spectators very long.

In less than 5 hours, they managed to find Obcisor among the 100 million or so players still in the competition.
