---"Drop the relic you dirty thief!" one of the guards shouting at man that holding their kingdom most precious treasure.

"You don't have place to run anymore!, surrender now or your life will be the price!" the guard continue. The intruder success to enter the Phoenix kingdom's treasure room with unknow method, but the alarm that being set up at the relics in the room after being lift by unauthorized personnel rung and lock the room with intruder inside it.

The man still unfazed and standing still in middle of treasure room like dummy even after the threat thrown.

Each minute past, the more guards coming to treasure room.

"Put your hand in the air!, don't make us use the bad way!" the guard also known as the captain of the treasure's guard order the man again after they have enough man. With 200 like guards, there is no way the man can escape anymore. This number of guards may be excessive to catch 1 man but no ordinary man can enter the treasure room with heavily security without notice of the guards that patrolling 24/7. No man can escape after try to steal kingdom's treasure, yet someone try to steal it in daylight.

"Dexter all thing in place?" the man was Claude know as Thief King communicate with his partner in crime via radio call.

"Kiiii~~!!" the answer given by Dexter is enough for Claude.

Claude have many things to take care more, like the army of guards in front him.

"HAHAHAHA!" Claude hysterical laugh make the army move into defensive mode.

"You think this is enough to catch me?!"

"You are pathetic as your security level are! HAHAHAHA"

"But… it seen you win" Claude said this as there is no place to run anymore, he needs more than miracle to escape from 200 like guards, and more is coming to catch him.

Claude turn his back from the army and kneel with putting his hand in the back. This making the guards confuse, as Claude provocation seem like he will not surrender.

Few minutes past, yet Claude still kneeling. The guards think he will fight but in the end of day, one can't fight an army. The guards took an action to come closer to intruder to handcuff him.

"Pathetic?" the captain questions him. Leading other guards to come closer.

"Yet, you are the one who kneeling." The captain decided to handcuff him, but when the guard reach Claude's hand. The captain's hand goes thru Claude hand part also with another Claude's body part as he is ghost.

"Illusion?!" The captain shock to find the intruder now only a mirror image of Claude.

After few seconds past, the mirror image turned into smoke and drop a piece of paper.

'I'm Claude! And I was here!. If you reading this I already take something from you!. Please don't be mad, it's your fault that your security so easy to breach HAHAHA. Have a good day sir! <3'

The captain almost choked to death after reading the note and he continue to order the guards

"Find him!, don't let him escape from this country!, what ever it cost , do it!."

The guards move and start their man hunt. There is no way Claude can escape from this country easily after stealing the most precious country treasure, The Icarus's Heart.

"Damn this man, there is no ways we can catch him. Even now he maybe already escaped from this country. Claude the thief king, the story is not just story. No wonder other country also being a victim, it took more than army to catch him. Ahh!! 100% I will be fired!. Damn you Claude!" the captain cursed Claude, he knew they will not have a chance to catch him. Claude is well known thief that manage to steal thousands of treasures from other country even poor, rich, young, and old know his legend. No locks can stop him to steal, after success to stole he only leave the note to state he was there. It was headaches to other country to deal with him, now big power wanted him, placing 300 thousand gold coin for his head making him 1 of most wanted men in this world. There is no doubt this bounty will rise again as Claude is unstoppable now.

Phoenix kingdom now in chaos searching for Claude. Yet the man they searching is walk carelessly in the citizen's house rooftop, hoping to another roof and another, leading his way to exit the kingdom.

"Dexter, we got big catch today." Claude throw palm size like sphere in mid air, playing with his new stolen stuff while talk to monkey that on his left shoulder.

"Kii~~!" the monkey answer Claude, this monkey is no ordinary monkey but the monkey is so intelligent. Not only intelligent but also Thief King's mysterious partner.

"You want to play with it?, here" Claude throw the Icarus's Heart in mid air again and Dexter catch it.

When the Icarus's Heart in Dexter's palm, she felt something uncomfortable. It beating just like human heart.

"Kiiiii!!!!!" Dexter shock and throw the sphere away.

"Hye hye, what are you doing?" seeing Dexter throw their thief loot make him confuse but in same time it's understandable as he will also throw it away if he in same spot as Dexter. Before make this thievery, Claude make preparation first to study the relic and the result he found out this relic is alive, yet he don't know what the function. Some said the relic can gain user immortality and some said it's useless but if it useless than why they put it in the most guard place in this kingdom?, that way Claude choose to steal the relic just for fun on his way back to his hometown after completing his contract to steal for other important people in another country.

"You scare huh. Don't worry Dexter, this relic is alive. So, no need to scare of it."

Luckily, they are in rooftop that have flat area. The relic land into safe place, Claude procced to the relic. Extended his hand to the relic, the plain colour rooftop now changed to black and nearby area also turning to black.

"What!!, Dexter hide!"

Dexter don't question Claude, and she procced to jump to another rooftop and hide.

Claude still confuse what is happening here, and he order Dexter to hide first as his partner safety is most important thing for him.

From black area, something emerging, some like human lump and after that now it look like human or more precisely demon cloth with darkness hiding his entire body.

'Black magic, impossible this is not demon territories. Who is him?'

Black magic is forbidden magic, only few can learn but most of the black magic user is demon race. Making Claude assume the man is from demon race.

There is no way the demon is one of kingdom guard as human race not allow demon race to enter their country as now human and demon in middle of war.

It only took few second to Claude make his next move.

Pointing his right hand that equipped his weapon that can send shockwave in fan scape attack and Claude procced to fire the weapon and it hit the demon.

The result only the rooftop lost it beauty and making big sound that may attract the guards but nothing happened to the man in black. Claude don't spare a second, and make his next action, that is escape. If you can fight it, than escape is only option.

In time when Claude plan to escape with Dexter. The demon rises his hand showing signal to Claude rest assure and the demon talk.

"Fear not mortal, I come to talk." The darkness now gone leaving only demon body but what Claude see is not demon instead the most evil race, Undead.

Claude want to go far away from this man as his aura make Claude's soul trying to leave his body.

"What do you want?, there is no need to we talk Undead." Claude answer while Dexter come back to Claude and hopping to his shoulder, now he already had a plan to escape from this Undead and the guards maybe coming any second after hearing chaos being done here.

"Business, I hear you willing to steal anything for golds."

"Sorry, I don't make a deal with demon especially with undead" It is true that Claude will steal anything for golds but he don't want any connection with demon.

"Don't be shy mortal." The undead throw a big beg to Claude's feet.

"What is this?" Claude ask as he open the bag, he saw shining thing, gold coins and collection of gold accessories. Not just few but maybe in this beg worth of thousand gold coins price tag.

"I don't know what it worth now but in my time it worth like 500 thousand gold coins. Are you interested to make a deal now, mortal?"

'Gullp, this gold is more than my head price.' Dexter punch his head to make Claude stop day dreaming.

"Ehemm, sure why not" this is beyond temptation for him to reject this. It only price to talk with him, even he rejected the deal he can walk away with this gold. Even most of his contract only in price range 1-100 thousand gold yet this Undead offer him 500 thousand worth gold coins just to talk.

"I want you steal something for me, the place where demon can't enter nor human like you can enter. I can't give confirmation you will escape with your life but what I can confirm if you do, is 10 million gold coins worth" The Undead explain the contract details.

Yet Undead got unexpected answer.

"100 million and we deal" this answer also confused Dexter as she thought Claude will reject the contract.

"Kiiiii!!!" Dexter disagree with his answer and repeatedly punch Claude head.

"Hye hye relax!, I know what I do." Claude try to calm his partner in crime.

"Human with his greed, that is way your kin worst than demon itself."

"Heh, you had no idea how worst I am than human. So do you agree or not ,Undead?"

"I can't disagree after coming here this far. 100 million for one of Moniyon empire's relic. Demon's Heart is the name of the relic. Take your time, even you need years to do so, there is no time limit in this deal."

"Cehh, who do you think you talk with, I'm Claude the thief king. I will do in one month, better you find your gold first because it not little amount of gold. Once I done, there will be no refund." Claude answer proudly.

"So be it. This is the item that allow you to summon me" The Undead drop small ball in his feet and slowly the ball make it way to Claude.

"I hope we will meet again, mortal." Slowly the undead figure sunk into shadow.

"We will, so what is your name?" Claude question him for the last time.

"They call me Faramis, The Alchemist" with that introduction he vanished from that rooftop as Claude only talk with ghost.

"Moniyon empire huh, I hate that place" Claude pick the ball that Faramis give and he also take back the Icarus's Heart that Dexter drop , putting them in his beg now and he continue his way to exit the country as guards coming late to the scene.
