The fifth move of Zhuoye

The young general Wu Li and his childhood friend Prince Ying ventures on their first official campaign in service of the Empire of Northern Qi. They meet the mysterious Ziqí, a tormented soul with a clandestine burden, who is struggling to control his very own nature. Wu Li finds himself drawn to Ziqí, an attraction that will lead to disastrous consequences. In a neighbouring country, a young wanna-be-warrior that struggles with his identity helps a woman set on seeking vengeance on her violent husband. Against the backdrop of a fading belief in gods and demons, the dominant Yue and Cui clans - united by the sacred Blood Oath - tightly hold political and military power, with the Ning clan relentlessly trying to get more influence at any cost, even sacrificing one of their own. The five major cultivation sects that used to be intricately involved in ruling the Empire are now on the brink of extinction, leaving behind only a handful of Guardians, keeping the ancient Moves of Zhuoye alive. As the story unfolds, the characters find they need to rely on each other and these cultivation techniques to save the known world from an impending disaster. In the end of them will have to make the ultimate sacrifice. This story develops slowly and has multiple characters in many locations. If you are looking for action right away, this might not be the story for you. Some chapters have Roman numerals, representing that they occur before our story's current timeline. This story contains love scenes between men which are portrayed in medium detail. It also has some scenes with sexual abuse and rape. Enjoy!

Through Naythasya's Eyes

Where do you go when you are trapped? When all you know is that you are worthless and helpless. Where love can be a force of good or entangle and trap you tighter than anything in the universe. Naythasya struggles with her place in the world she lives in and in a village that only sees her as nothing more than just a disabled female because she is a half breed. She doesn't see it that way and refuses to let it ruin her heart. Looking for ways to be herself and power through her struggles to find where she stands in the world, Naythasya won't stop until she escapes the place she feels worthless and trapped by love... Here elves are the monsters and the orcs have been chased from their ancestral home by these monsters. They live in villages in territories they have set up over centuries ago. The males of the villages leave in large hunting groups to hunt in places what they call the ends. Massive beasts, from large mammals to gigantic colorful scaled reptiles roam these areas and most of the planet. The orcs remain in their territories for protection. Females never leave the villages and take care of everything else. Many of them have very little rights on what they are allowed to do or who they are to mate with. Status is everything to females in their families. The stronger the sons, the better respect they get. No husband to hunt for you, you have to work for the meat you need to eat or rely on vegetables from gardens. No husband and females are looked down upon as lower members of the village. Some females have been known to be adopted into families and used almost as slaves. They have no rights and have many responsibilities that the head females in the family hand out to them that they don't want to do. Many of these are gardening, laundry, cleaning and caring for any small animals they have. Again, females don't leave the village. The only exception is if they are escorted by their husband. But females don't want to leave. Why would they want to? If you live in a good family, you receive everything you need and are fed well. Sometimes village males will group with other village males for bigger hunts. Villages have been known to trade many things between them including females .
