He opened his eyes and saw that it's still dark outside, it seems like he woke up earlier than the previous nights. He looked at the woman beside him and he felt like his heart stopped beating and his eyes locked to the now empty bed beside him.

He looks around to confirm if he's not mistaken, maybe he didn't go to her room last night and he's sleeping alone in his bed. He looked at the lampshade, the bedside table, the bed covers and even the pillows smells like her, all the maybe in his head is now gone because this room is the room she's occupying.

He stands up from the bed and checks if she's in the bathroom, not there. He walked to the walk-in closet, not there. He goes to the kitchen, to his living room and is still not there.

' Leigh?'

' Leigh!?!'

He doesn't know why, but when the fact that she's not around anymore sinks into his head; he felt like he was drowning, he can't breathe right, he felt like he's exhausted. He sat down on the couch and suddenly, he felt that this place feels so cold. It felt like this place is not the same anymore.

Hours passed and he didn't move from the couch, he can see the morning sunlight peeking at his windows; thinking that maybe it's a dream but it's just in vain since he's been wide awake.

He looked around the place and he suddenly saw the cctv camera that's installed in his whole house.

He stood up and almost ran back to his room, he looked for his phone and dial his trusted men.

----

She felt exhausted.

She visited the president at the hospital but she's still unconscious, she ends up at her uncle's home.

She didn't bother going to the company since it will just cause more problems if the news of her going there goes around. She can't show herself or the people who did those to the president will be alerted and she won't be able to move freely.

The secretary, Kath, is the secretary that old man Ted mentions in his call. She just asked her to give her the president paperwork and told her not to open her mouth unnecessarily.

The night came and she planned to sleep since she felt so drained. Sleep comes and so does the nightmare.

She walked up and found out that her throat feels so dry and she's soaking wet with her sweat all over. Those dreams are the worst, always the same. The worst part is that she just slept for 3 hours and can't bear to sleep anymore.

She decides that it's better to not to sleep anymore; she took a bath and worked on the pile of paper works that the secretary gave her.
