The woman keeps on looking at me and I don't know what to tell her.

' Miss, I think you need to calm yourself first. Come. '

He says while lending his hand for the woman to take. The woman took his hand and stood up.

The two of us walk while we're holding hands, I was cautious because she might get scared of me. She's so fragile like a porcelain, she's also small and petite. Like if I was to hold her hand tighter it will crush from my grip. I was walking slower than usual so I can sink my pace to her since she walks so slow. I looked at her while still walking and I stopped abruptly when I noticed that her cheeks had bruises in it.

I raise my hand, trying to touch her cheeks. She saw that this woman in his hand flinched in pain.

' who did this to you?'

I asked her while looking in her eyes, I was trying to see her expression but she looked away to avoid my eyes.

While avoiding my gaze, she touched my hand in her cheek and says

' you see, I don't want to involve you in anything. I just want to get married '

I was disappointed already in her answer but I didn't know that I would feel more disappointed when she took my hand away from her cheeks and put it back to my side.

Feeling something like this, an unknown feeling to me but all I know is I felt disappointed in myself when I let her turn around and walk in the opposite direction. She was only a few steps away from me when I saw a man doing his morning jog. She walks to him and says

' will you marry me?' I felt my blood boils, how could she ask anyone to marry her just like that?!

He saw the man's reaction! He was so shocked while his eyes are bulging and he actually tries to say anything but all I heard was

' I - ah - you… - oh my God - you '

The man keeps on stuttering like a mad man and his hand is waving up and down like his trying to point something. I walk to her and grab her hand, making her look at me again.

' fine, I'll help you find someone. But please refrain yourself from proposing to anyone you see, you'll give them a heart attack.' I muttered and I saw her eyes shining, like having its life again. She nodded in agreement and held my hand again. I don't know but when she held my hand, I suddenly felt so happy and I can't stop my self from smiling.
