theory on possible new power sources

unfortunately we cant harness the power of our sun yet so far we spend so much of our natural resources like oil and natural gas .... nuclear is too dangerous and unfortunately it's almost impossible for the entire world to run off water and air and sunlight but what if you could make numerous chemical mixtures that will react with each other to create a self replenishing compound? Or use gravity or simply harness new technology? to solely use our planet dry is what will eventually be the death of us as you can see if yellow stone blows half the use will be gone and that will simply cause a world wide catastrophic event and multiple island nations and islands will be lost under the force of the backlash of the eruption and earthquakes super tsunamis and possibly a volcanic chain reaction making the entire planet go into chaos as numerous volcanoes erupt and nations fall ... sooo if you think about it.. harvesting the planet dry is dangerous if you could harness the power of electric eels and grow them and help them evolve by researching how to enhance there current output you could potentially harness extreme power and theres also kinetic energy or simply laser energy if a beam of light could potentially find a way to continually and constantly travel revolving you could create a new kind of core or drive I honestly wouldnt have a word for it but if you can magnify a laser enough even a tank will melt under the intense heat why you can even use radioactive materials to create an intense energy to create powerful magnified lasers and it can cut many things or disintegrate or shoot through obstacles of course a light saber used in star wars is already an intense form of laser weapon and the laser weapons used by the people in star trek is also a accurate form of condensing laser light into weaponry...
