1 THE INTERTWINED and THE TWIST
Twins named JONAS the eldest OTTO the youngest born to a rich and pride driven couple NOAH(the father) and EVE(the mother). They are orphans, they own one of the richest clock-making company named ZEIST. The life of the twins are completely intertwined though they think they have different thoughtd they end up choosing the same things, everyone thought they are blessed but, their mental competetion only increased day to day. They grew up older, at the age of thirteen they broke their similarities in mindsets, the eldest turned out to be a sociopath and youngest turned out to be an introvert. The eldest and youngest both wanna be a neuro-surgeon and yet they don't know that they chose the same path.
They are in their teenage and they both are society haters in one way or other. In a magical moment they both fell in love, as persons who hate society the feeling was very gentle and they enjoyed their love until they passed out of their high-school. The eldest said his feelings about the girl and youngest later to his family hopefully they didn't fell in love with the same person. The parents were happy to listen that and then their career discussion came in they both revealed their career plans and found out that they both have same goals now competition begins, they studied hard to get into the top university but, eldest couldn't make the cut and the youngest too didn't met his expectations they thought it might be love and for the first time Jonas thought he had lost something. Two days has passed the both of the girlfriends died this news was a shock for both a double depression for the Jonas. Otto lost a person who he was comfortable with he was the weakest he fell first he committed suicide and it was a failed suicide.
Days passed, Jonas doesn't want this to affect his studies but he was unable to get out of it. They thought to take a break from this. They halted their studies and went on a vacation. But vacation isn't just a vacation for Otto, he wanted to investigate who killed their girlfriends, but Jonas was against it he wanna just take break. Otto started investigation and after few weeks they returned from vacation and the investigation ended too.
Otto has burned all the clues gathered in his investigation, started writing a letter stated, "I know the killers he is an acquaintance in our class, it turned out it's just an act of revenge against me and my love that's it." and commited suicide. With a little pulse left he transferred to the hospital and later their family doctor came out and said "he passed away with a final wish a wish that is ridiculous but he is clear about it." Noah asked "what was that?" doctor said "he wished to be cremated secretly and a cremation that I perform and I should only know." Noah said in vain "but.." Jonas in a tone of pain and anger "I respect his decision let us all respect that. Please doctor carry on with his wish."
After the secret cremation 10 years passed and Jonas became the topper of the final medical exam became a neuro-surgeon and joined in the top most hospital in the country. It was his first surgery after becoming a full fledged doctor and it's a big one a 'politician' and to assist him a doctor who is in mid 60s joined his crew operation started Jonas is in full control every junior doctor is assisting him and the doctor in mid 60s is beside him.
The old doctor: Hello, Jonas.
Jonas: Hello, doctor.
The doctor: Your girlfriend is beautiful.
Jonas: You saw my girlfriend, yeah she is.
The doctor: I am not saying about your present girlfriend.
Jonas: Then who?
The doctor: Your girlfriend when you're young the girlfriend who's dead.
(Jonas hands started to shake but continued his surgery)
Jonas: How did you know about her.
(Jonas sensed a little prick at his thigh)
The doctor: I killed her hehe.
(Jonas understood what he was pricked by, he was drugged by the old doctor)
Jonas:Why are you telling me this.
The doctor: To enjoy your reactions.
(Jonas accidentally slipped his hand and cut a neuron and killed the politician)
Jonas: (shouted, leaving his blades on the area of operation and grabbed the collar of the old doctor) You bastard (fell unconscious)
After the incident two hours passed the old doctor was missing the operation was unsuccessful Jonas transferred to then court, he was put on a trail where the judge concluded that "due to intake of drugs Jonas killed a person, we now decide to permanently ban his medical license." Then Jonas went to house where the pride driven parents rejected him. He moved into his friend's apartment and started living there (his friend name is Taylor).
Taylor: Come Jonas let's sleep.
Jonas: You carry on I ought to write a diary.
Jonas started writing diary and stated only one sentence "The old man has quite an imagination" and started laughing thinking about the old man's conversation with him which happened at the ICU.
