The Zone

At some college party uptown in a modernist Korean house, people are partying. The party was so diverse; college, high school seniors, jocks, and even the working class were there. So diverse you'd be wondering whose party it was. Of course, the party is being hosted by a famous celebrity that's pretty mysterious. But worry not maybe this lot walking in the lot of the house who's owner won a house and lot, could crack this lot, now that is a lot of lots. So back to our boy Lucas Szal, Filipino-Russian, fresh graduate, wearing God knows what, if not maybe his best friend Francesca Calderon, wearing a red dress, she's half german... half - we don't know the other half, it's her secret, it might as well be Chinese with eyes like that as she carries her purse.

"What's wrong with your eyes?" Lucas asked with a Russian accent.

"Well you know I thought the house party would match my eyes because it's Korean," Francesca with a New Yorker accent answered.

She looks at Lucas's getup.

"What is with that shirt? Nerd alert," she said.

"At least I don't look old," he said.

Her jaw drops looking pissed at Lucas as he went inside the house first. People getting lively with the DJ playing some kind of future techno beat. They were jumping, it was packed. Lucas and Francesca went fast-forwarding through the crowd into the kitchen. Francesca and Lucas' hair is ruined.

"Wow that was lively," Lucas said.

Francesca just nodded as she had no idea what just happened. Lucas looks at Francesca.

"Ew someone puked at your purse," Lucas said.

"Ewwww..." Francesca reacted. "I'll just rinse it off."

"Yeah you do that," Lucas said. "While I just stay here," he blabbed.

He takes a cup of beer and looked around and he finds this cute girl on the side of a wall wearing some punk-ass pink shirt, skinny jeans, tan skin. Anyway, he gets closer and closer to her as she's having a drink. You would think that he was trying to bump her ass 'cause damn! that ass is fine. But no he just faced her and said.

"Hi."

She has no interest as she just looked at him and looks the other way like she didn't want to be disturbed or something.

"How's it hanging?" he asked.

"Nothing," she answered.

"Oh you're British? Thought you were Italian," he asked.

"Yes," she said.

"You know Super Mario?" he asked.

"I know of him," she said as she drinks.

"He was supposed to have an old English accent because the developers based the designs of the videogame of old England, like the castles and whatnot, but they dropped the whole British accent off when they heard Charles Martinet's voice and made him sound like Italian instead," he geeked. "My grandfather's Italian."

Eliza looks at him.

"Great," she said.

"I'm Lucas by the way," he said.

Eliza looking disinterested, she doesn't reply, now that's cold. Lucas feels it and nods.

"Not that it matters," he said. "I'll leave you alone forever now."

"Thanks," she replied.

Lucas leaves her side and went up to the stairs...
