"So many comics! Are these the kind of magical comics that Marco said?" asked another.

"Don't even think about it. Majima has never shown up since joining our Whitebeard Pirates. If it weren't for the old man to mention him often, we wouldn't know it exists. This shows that he has been drawing for so many years. Comics!!!"

"If all these comics are the type of magical comics that Marco talked about, then Majima must have incredible power."

The captains were in awe as they gazed at the long rows of comics.

Marco, who currently served as a disciplinary committee member, spoke with authority, "Brothers, I can assure you that these comic collections were created by Majima through years of hard work. So when choosing, be careful not to damage the comics."

Marco and Jozu offered some advice, suggesting that they choose comics they are interested in or ones that align with their abilities to increase the chances of gaining powerful abilities. "Oh? Not every comic book has powerful abilities?"

Atmos was squatting at the lower right corner of the bookshelf, carefully reading the titles of the comic books. He was thrilled when he found a comic book related to swords, just like Vista. Both of them use swords and are interested in acquiring sword-related abilities, especially if it's a double-sword ability that suits their fighting style.

Blenheim, who wields a sword for his attacks, quickly approached the bookshelf when he heard the mention of a sword. Haruta, captain of the twelfth division, also joined in the excitement, exclaiming that there were too many comics to choose from. While both Blenheim and Haruta are known for their one-shot attacks, their fighting styles differ.

Blenheim's style leans towards strength, while Haruta's style favors agility.

Fossa, the captain of the fifteenth division, also joined in the search for a suitable comic book. He couldn't miss out on something related to swords.

Suddenly, the lower right corner of the bookshelf became the center of attention, as the five captains who use Swords gathered there.

"Hey, check this out! The main character in this one uses two swords. Vista and Atmos, take a look and see if it suits your style."

Haruta discovered a comic book called "Sōgyo no Kotowari," featuring a protagonist who uses the Dual Sword Style, and offered it to Vista and Atmos, asking if it suited them. Excited by the prospect of a double-sword style, the two eagerly accepted and started reading together.

After browsing through a few pages, Atmos frowned and exclaimed, "Gosh darn it! Despite being a dual-sword technique, this move is too delicate!"

Vista also expressed his dissatisfaction: "This style doesn't appear to be suitable for me either."

Jozu reminded the two that it's not them choosing the comic, but the comic choosing them. "I'm leaving now. You two seem to be interested in different things. Remember what I just told you!"

Vista's mouth twitched slightly as he replied, "Yeah, JozU said that. But I'll check out the other ones first, maybe there's a double-sword style that suits me better!"

Atmos rubbed the back of his head in embarrassment and added, "Yeah, I think so too."

After a while, the two of them stumbled upon another comic book featuring a protagonist skilled in the dual-sword style.

"Katen Kyōkotsu!"

"Oh, I like the appearance of Katen Kyōkotsu!"

Atmos gazed at the appearance of Katen Kyōkotsu on the cover of the manga, with a thrilled expression.

"This…is really impressive!"

Vista leaned in to take a look at Katen Kyōkotsu's appearance and gave a nod of approval. Although Katen Kyōkotsu's appearance wasn't aggressive, it had a masculine look at first glance.

"Hey Vista, how about we both read this 'Katen Kyōkotsu' together? Whoever gets the ability, gets it. What do you say?" Atmos suggested.

"I'm fine with that," Vista agreed.

Earlier, Jozu reminded them that not only were they picking comic, but the comic was also picking them. Obtaining a particular ability depended on fate.

As Vista and Atmos read "Katen Kyōkotsu" together, the other captains started to select their preferred manga. If someone were to say that the Whitebeard Pirates' captains were all reading manga together, no one would believe it.
