1 Day 01 ; Welcome to the Inferno Temple.

"Where am I right now?" My question goes without answer.

Oh, by the way, my name is Khai. Right now I am in the middle of the night in jungle, lonely and alone. I remember that I just finished my tuition class and ready to go home. While I riding home with my favorite bike , suddenly a big dark hole appear in front me. I tried to avoid that but it's futile and I have been sucked by it. As per our discussion, that is the reason why I am alone by myself in this place.

I don't know what to do right now but only to pray that someone will rescue me from this place. I'm sure that I been spirited away and drifted to other places. I don't think that this jungle like place looks like any other jungle in the Earth. The plants and trees in here quite unique, and I'm pretty sure that this kind of flora doesn't exists in the world that I live. Please God, don't let me lost in other world. If I going to other world, give me some cheat or power, like 'Blacksmith Isekai' that I read in my phone apps lately. Damn, I going to miss that novel. While my head full of monologue and stupid thought, I just walking through without any plans in this jungle and hoping that I bumped someone else. Maybe finding a village or town will do. Ah, no cannibal village or tribe please. Damn, my stupid brain, why I keep thinking idiot things.

Luckily, I found river so I never fear about fresh water for drinking. I'm using my phone as light source as I traveled in the jungle. Even though using light quite dangerous, but I don't have any options because the jungle quite dark and of course scary. After a few hours walking, I feel so tired so I paused my steps for some rest. While resting, I heard some weird sounds that came not far from me. Actually, I have started to hear that weird sounds while I am in the middle of my walk, but I try to ignore it. But it keeps following me until now without any further action. I just hope that I only imagined something weird.

No, I'm not. Five minutes after I began my rest, a big ugly monster appear in front of me. A wild monster have appear! Ah, I finally realized that I appear to this place as sacrifice for that monster. Damn, I will died virgin and lonely in this world. I really want to know where am I right now, but the death itself appear and make the matter doesn't mean anything.

"Grrr...." The monster getting closer to me, and it's salivating a lot, maybe thinking that I am a perfect dish for dinner or supper tonight.

"Damn..." I surrender myself to the monster. Please ended my life with one swoop.

"Fire lotus flower!" Suddenly a person appear out of nowhere and using his fire magic to burn the monster. The person wear a cloth that look like a Kung Fu master, and quite his face quite ages, with long white beard. His aura show that he is not an ordinary person.

"Gaaaaa...." The monster died after being attack by the fellow with his fire magic, burned until become ashes. He looks satisfied with that attack, then he face me after that while playing with his long beard.

"Young man, why are you here, in this late night..."

"I would like to know the answer myself, you know...."

"You... your aura feel weird. Your face quite different from others and especially your clothes, I never seen that before."

"I don't know how I arrived here, but surely I'm lost right now and need a place to stay right now..."

"Too honest, aren't you? Haha, I don't hate people like you. Be assured, let me invite you to stay in my place." Said that man.

"Ah, thanks a lot. I really appreciate it!" I happy that he willing to help me.

"By the way, who is your name?"

"Khai. May I have honor to know your name?"

"Call me elder Xu."

"Yes, elder Xu. I in your care, honored elder."

"Haha, don't too polite to me, follow me, Khai."

After a brief talk, he invited me to his place, which after another 30 minutes walk, to a large temple in the middle of jungle.

"Welcome to Inferno Temple. Here, we cultivate ourselves in achieving the higher power. By the way, I am the patriarch of this temple, Xu Tian. This temple name is Inferno." Said the honored elder.

"Ah.... This Khai greets the patriarch." When I heard those things from the elder, I definitely sure that I am lost in the Wuxia world. So, I acted like that, greeted the man with respect.

"Hahaha, how polite. So, what level your martial prowess? I can't scan at all your ability."

"What is martial prowess?" I confused by the question, ask back the old wise.

"Eh, you don't have martial prowess? When your age reached 10 years old, don't your parent send you to check your potential in martial arts?"

"No, we don't..." Damn, I don't even have parents here, not to mention I don't have any ability in martial arts.

"Don't worry, I will help you with it. I will prepare for the ceremony in the week. Be our guest for awhile. But, I would like to remind you something...." The voice of elder Xu suddenly change.

"Yes, elder?"

"This temple is not a charity place, so I will throw you out if you doesn't have any ability with martial arts..."

"But, I don't think I have one though?"

"Don't worry, you have my permission staying here for one week before the test. Make yourself comfortable here..."

After the talk, he leads me to dinner with him and asked his pupil to show me my room for my one week planned stay. I lay down and fall asleep quickly because of the fatigue.
