Welcoming new life in Granadem (as a baby it's a nightmare).

It was midnight when suddenly, a fair looking women feel a wave of pain in her stomach and scream. Her husband who slept beside her woken up, and realize that her wife is going to gave birth. The man quickly got up and ask the servants prepare the carriage, then lift his wife up to get ready to leave to the hospital.

An hour later the carriage arrived and then called for the priestess inside for help. The head priestess soon came outside her office and getting ready to the operation room. The man was soon follow inside, while holding hands with his wife.

And 20 minutes later *sound of baby crying* The baby finally born to this world safe and sound.

Let's turn back the time before the birth.

"I wish for an unlimited skill points" John who already have in mind what he gonna do with the points, hope that this wish of his will be accepted. Goddess Friesca who heard James wish was slightly taken aback "Oh? Now that's interesting, no one have ever wish for it even when i said everything. Why do you wish for that?" Friesca curiously asked

"If I told you now it's not a secret anymore don't you think?"

"Hmm, true. Well then your wish is accepted, so next will you be male or fe-"

James quickly intercepted "Male please"

"That was fast, next would you like to keep your memories or made it in fragment which will released little by little every once a year?" Listening the question, James ask the Goddess "What's the difference?"

"Just like i said, memories intact will keep every memories you have and personality, while fragmented you have a new identity but will be given few memories which might be useful for your life"

"I see, so the second choice is like you have a new personage with extra cheat without knowing huh?"

"Something like that, but i won't recommend it though. Some cases make the said person have personality disorder" Friesca who drop the bomb said it nonchalantly.

"No kidding, who would want that? I choose intact memories" James say with no hesitation. "Good, last question. Do you want a mystery gift or not?"

"Uhh?" James feel something is not right when hearing the last question, Goddess Friesca who feel James hesitate a bit said "Don't worry, the gift won't be a nasty thing, it's like a beginner package but what you get is totally random"

James felt better once he heard this "Then yes, i will receive the mystery gift"

"Okay, everything is set, I welcome you once again to my world Granadem, enjoy your second life and remember, this time try to change yourself a bit, who knows you might find your loved one" Goddess Friesca said teasingly.

"I'll try" felt embarrased a bit James replied, then light start to surround James and he heard Goddess says "You will be born to a nice family, with a good status. So you don't have to worry about anything, have a happy life with your new family, James"

"Thank you goddess for this chance, i will try to live the best of my life here."

"Alright, now go, until we meet again"

The light getting brighter each seconds, and then dimmed. When James trying to see what happens he heard voices, talking voices in an unknown language, which hit James that it's not a dream and he really reincarnated. When suddenly he felt pain in his butt, and crying out loud for the pain since he is just a baby and feel a bit sensitive.

- The Head Priestess PoV -

My name is Marie Glendum, i was helping a young noble wife giving birth for her first child. When the child was finally out, he just keep silent without any movement at all

"Congratulations my dear he's a boy, but it's strange, why the baby not doing anything and just stay quiet?"

"Is something wrong with the baby Head Priestess Marie?" ask a man in his mid twenties

"Hmm not to worry, probably something clogged his respiratory system. I'll try to let it out"

So i turn the baby upside down and start to spank the baby buttock, finally the baby start to cry his loudest as he could get to inform that he's alive and well. "Once again, congratulations Mr. And Mrs. Faramis for your succesful birth. Here is the baby" I gave the baby that i already wrapped with cloth to keep him warm to the mother.

"Oh look Jean, he has your nose and face" the mother joyfully says when she saw her baby for the first time. "But he has your hair colour and it looks like he has your eyes too, Lydia" Jean the father, said it to his wife lovingly.

"He would look handsome with that face of yours, i can see few girls fell in love with him on first sight."

"Hahaha, hopefully he won't go and try to break their hearts in the end. I don't want my son to live a solitary life, Hahaha"

When i heard the happy laughter of the parents, i excuse myself out of the ward and back to my office. That's one case of childbirth done succesfully.

'That old woman, why the heck she slap my butt that hard? It's painful for a baby especially when they just got out'

James who still felt pain, begrudgingly complained about the butt slapping.

He tried to look around, but his eyes felt hard to see anything. 'It can't be helped, a baby does have a bad eyes. But i felt tired somehow, must be because i just got out of my mother's womb'. He then felt that he was wrapped in something and when moved to his mother side he felt safe and secure 'She must be my mother, i felt safe and warm near her somehow, what a strange feeling.'

James then let out a little yawn, and finally fell asleep. His parents who saw it, smiled affectionately to the baby.

"Dear, what should we name him?"

"Hmm, i already have it on my mind when i saw him. He will be called James, James Von Faramis."

James who named the same as his past life, still sleeping without care in his mother love and care.
