This manual has 3 stages the the oping stage, foundation stage and the transformation stage.

Opening stage

-Has two parts,the preparation which shows instruction needed for the next part. The last part which is the opening of shadow Qi gates, shows instruction on how the process will happen.

Foundation stage

-After opening the Qi veins, this will show how to build the perfect foundation for the transformation stage.

Transformation stage

-Shows the instruction on how to proceed to transformation stage.]

People in this world accumulate energy in their bodies as you see in 2 ways by cultivating and by killing other living being.So in your case having 2 souls will enable you to cultivate and level faster. So in this world casting magic even in the elementary takes quite and amount of Qi or mana. So as a child you should put off the thinking baby genius because only the limit if the baby body is to fell and cultivate little mana as your body develops it will also increase the energy levels in your body. ]
