5 Brith of new life and new abilities

I have been feeding this cell slowly over these 10 years but found that it hasn't changed during that time. I decided to wait for another 10 years and if I don't get any results I am going into another 5000-year meditation.

~~ Time skip 17260 years after BOTU ~~

Over these 10 years, I have been observing my world and monitoring the cell I have been feeding my energy for over 20 years. I would say it has changed immensely from what it once was before the beginning of this 10 years ago. In the first 5 months of my continuation of feeding it, it didn't change but like something just changed in it started to evolve from all the energy that has washed it over and over.

Now the cell couldn't really be called a cell, it was a multi-celled organism, it looked like a massive water droplet from the side with eyes and fins on its side, that has a fishtail that was rather long and nice looking. After knowing I had the starting of a fish looking creature I knew all I had to do was wait until it evolves naturally into more fish and eventually land creatures. So I did the same thing I did with the ents I made multiple of these fishes for each environment and waited while observing the world.

I don't know if it is that my world has more energy than before but the fish grew rather fast than the other cells. I saw them grow from the small fish from before into predators that ate those same fish and then way down the road I saw them evolve into massive whales. This time the world has deeply changed since then now there are some land creatures but they haven't really evolved fully for land.

I would say give them another 1000 years and my world will have many different marine and animal life. Enough of that let's move on to something more important I have recently learned that I have the ability to make rules in my world, so I decided to make rules the following.

Rule 1: Once an organism reaches its final evolution level it shall not evolve further.

Rule 2: Elemental gods can only make natural disasters but can not get involved in the world, which also includes talking to or interacting with their descendants.

Rule 3: All competent creatures of the world of divine will have the ability to have energy cores which allows them to grow stronger and live longer, Most creatures may not have this ability, the creature will get more life based on its normal lifespan.

Rule 4: All competent creatures of the world of divine can become the god of their race, every race can only have 4 gods, which symbolizes each continent.

After I was done messing with my rules, for now, thinking I did a good job, I noticed that all creatures of my world could read or somehow know these rules that are beside the second rule. I continued to go over another ability I had found out about, the new ability I found out about gave me the ability to make things without having to struggle to find out how to make it, so I could just imagine what I want to create, and then it would come to be without me needing to know how to make it. I could say I got this most likely because of my adventure that has been going on for many years to see how to create life.

After knowing how much I could create now since it is not limited to just life but other things and elements. I decided to make another ability to help me guide my world, it was a system that would monitor my world but also help them grow stronger. Another good thing about this system is that it records or copy's everything the creatures of my world see so that I can look at or watch them later. The basic layout of the system would something like this.

I took my past information from my last life and made a power level based on an anime I used to watch in my past life called dragon ball or dragon ball z ether one. After seeing the system boot up and see how it works I find that is working just fine and should stay operational for the next eternity.

I created one more ability with the new ability I got early, it was the ability to stop time and speed up the world so that don't have to wait everytime for something to happen. Another cool thing about this ability is that while I speed up time I can get the energy from the creatures, so it is the new best way to get energy from now on.

The final thing I made was not an ability but a realm or plane which gods would go to when they were done with ascension which would last for 5000 years so that these gods can guide their race or whatever they need to do during that time. This realm would actually be bigger than my base form it was about 1 light-year circumference.

So after all that was done I was looking forward to what was to come to my world in the future.
