9 008- Slime Village.

Seiya was sprinting towards the Slime Village and would arrive in 2 minutes. When he was only a few second away he saw a Tiny village that looked like it would only fit Dwarves. The thing was, the building were utterly destroyed.

As Seiya got closer he could hear sounds of metal clashing and saw that there was 1 house left standing.

'Whats going on?'

He was as confused as anyone would be until he heard some laughing.

"Haha, your an abnormal one! We didn't check on this tiny village for 5 years and they manage to grow a Tier 2 Slime Chieftain. How lucky they were, he even managed to get to [B Rank]." This mockerey was coming from two adventurer's in gold plated armor.

It was Jake and Alexis.

"Human...You.... Die!!!!!"

When Seiya saw what was causing the commotion he was shocked beyond words.

"Humans? a-and that slime can talk." Seiya hadn't noticed but since he hit Tier 3 He had been talking to.

"Who's there." Seiya saw the woman who was standing farther away swiftly turn around and look directly at him.

"Dang, She found me.

The Woman was just standing there... staring at Seiya with a look of fear.

"Why's she so scared."

"Who's there." Alexis quickly turned around when she heard a voice coming from behind her. The second her eyes locked on where the sound came from she almost had a heart attack.

"Dang, She found me."

'T-t-t-t-t-thats...but no?' As an [S Rank] Adventurer she could see the aura around monsters and this one had a Green Aura which meant Tier 3. The Aura said it was Tier 3 but Alexis clearly knew it was stronger than that.

When she saw where the noise came from not only was she surprised to hear the voice itself but to see what it came from.

It was a Slime Humanoid! The only way monsters could gain human-like forms was when they reached Tier 5, and for a slime, which was naturally a weaker monster, it had to reach Tier 6! That Meant this slime right here was at least Tier 6!

She knew that some Monsters strong enough could Suppress there Tier Aura but they couldn't suppress their rank! This Slime was clearly at least [SS Rank] maybe stronger.

"Why's she so scared."

When Seiya had said this The girl immediately snapped out of her trance and grabbed her buddy.

"JAKE!!"

The Friend who didn't notice Seiya at all because he was having fun toturing the Slime in front of him got angry.

"What the hell Alexis!!"

"Kneel! Now!" Right as her Friend ' Jake responded to her she yelled at him to kneel and pointed at Seiya.

Once Jake saw Seiya they both Immediately dropped to their knees.

"What? Why are they bowing to me?"

"Permission to answer Sir?

"Permission? Pffft~ Who do you think I am. Yeah go ahead." Seiya didn't know what they were doing but to him it was quite amusing.

"Sir, Why wouldn't we kneel, you are a powerful being. Monsters can't become human-like until Tier 5, let alone slimes, they need to at least be Tier 6. We are Lowly Tier 4 [S Rank] Adventurer's we would never act hostile towards you."

"You can hear me?"

"Uh... Yes sir, you've been talking this whole time."

'Lemme guess tier 3 let me talk or something? Of course I wouldn't know about this until now."

as he was thinking 'Jake started trembling and asked Alexis a question with a terrified face.

"Alexis... you dont think that this was his Majesties Tribe do you? Surely not right? why would such a high ranked slime live in such a lowly village?"

Instead of talking Alexis just looked up at Seiya with dreadful eyes.

"Haha, no need to worry little ones. I was in fact coming here to destroy this tribe. It disturbed one of my young-lings."

When Seiya heard them say Tier 4 he got scared. He knew from experience that Gaining a new Tier Boosted power a lot. Just one of them had to be on par with him if not stronger, now add two to the picture. He decided to take advantage of them thinking he was stronger.

"Oh thank God."

Alexis was relieved but now to the point where her guard wasn't up still.

"Well since i was going to Devour this whole tribe into and increase my own power i am now missing out. If you don't mind I would like a reward since you stole my dinner."

Seiya put on a sinister smile. He knew he probably wouldn't get a chance like this again so he decided to make the most of it.

"S-sir... what do you mean."

Alexis was clearly the talker so she was the one responding to the him.

"Simply put, im saying bring me something that would be equivalent to an [SS Rank] Beast alive or, I take you instead."

While saying this Seiya put a friendly smile on his face but anyone could tell the he wasn't being friendly at all but threatening instead.

"...."

The humans both just sat there while staring at Seiya. He was starting to get annoyed at how they weren't responding.

"It looks like i'll be taking you instead."

Seiya said this while releasing his 'Devouring Scythe' this is what he had named it since when he regained his [Devour] it would power up just like him.

Alexis and Jake Immediately replied with.

"N-n-no! You wont be needing us. We will go find a beast for you."

They stood up and were about to leave but Seiya stopped them and started aproaching them.

"Good Luck!"Said Seiya as he patted them both on the shoulders then almost immediately disappeared leaving behind a trace of lightning.

After they were sure he was gone they let down their guards and relaxed a little.

"Thank God he finally left! We need to get out of here and report this to the guild."

They both dashed away in the opposite direction of where Seiya went with incredible speeds, although still slower then Seiya. After them being gone for about 30 seconds a figure dropped down from the trees.

"They didn't suspect a thing." That person was Seiya. When he was patting them on the shoulders he released a little bit of himself to act as a tracking device.

He knew they weren't going to find a [SS Rank] beast, even he wouldn't so why would they. In fact that was what he was hoping for. He wanted them to go back to their city so Seiya could 'Spectate' them and find out where their city was for later purposes. Maybe he would Destroy it or something no one knows for now.
