The third in command

Inside the shower, as she opens the hot and cold water handles allowing the shower to work down its magic while also warming her body, doing away with the dirt.

She sighs, leaning her forehead on the shower wall tile placing both her forearms on it enjoying the hot/cold sensation. What will she do? This pack of wolves are known to be quite the ruthless bunch.

But maybe the rumours were false after all she was still alive and kicking. Sure they held her captive for now but she wasn't in a cell or mistreated. They even gave her clothes and after she would be done washing up food would follow. At the same time, she couldn't help but be a little skeptical.

What if they only were fattening her up to eat her later? Well, she was a fox... At least, she wasn't a doe or something like, or she would be even more worried about the next meal being her.

Slowly moving her out of the comfy position as much as she enjoyed the water she needed to finish cleaning and get out.

Finally getting out of the shower she grabbed the nearest towel to dry herself. Towel drying her hair as much as she could. Looking at the bathroom desk to see if any hairbrush had been left there. Rummaging through one of the drawers she finally found one.

A smile beamed from ear to ear as she hummed a soft tune brushing and combing her hair.

Gods it had been a long time since she had been able to leisurely comb her hair without the constant need of looking over her shoulder.

Getting out of the bathroom, fully dressed and hair combed the Gamma waited at the door. Seeing her open the door a small smile curled his straight lips.

Feeling a little confused as to why the gamma was standing in front of the bathroom door.

Seeing the confusion that swirled around in her gaze. He spoke gently and softly after all the fox-girl would likely be scared of him if he took a too deep tone. And well, he didn't know why, but he liked this little silver fox-girl.

The alpha had to leave for Rogues business so I was left in charge of watching over you.

Slowly nodding her understanding to him. She looked at him while he spoke nicely to her. messy styled dirt sand blond hair, amber eyes sharp features giving him a playful lazy look.

"Come I will take you to the dining hall, after all, after running like a mad-person dashing like s*nic you got to be starving." He smirked, thinking on how this little girl here had them all chasing her for a good quarter of an hour, that was more than a feat in itself.

Just how fast was this girl? They were all trained warriors and she had dodged all of them, even him, the only two that could catch up to her were the alpha and betta and that was because they held the advantage of the terrain.

They had cut her route taking her by surprise, their betta had stunned her with a powerful side headbutt. And the alpha stood at the spot she would land in, ready to catch her.

At the time they thought it was a male seeing how fast it was, he still could not forget the feeling they got when they realized it was only a weak female.

They knew fairly well that this girl did not mean to cross their border nor was she a threat, but the alpha decided to keep her.

Well, it wasn't just the alpha it was the betta that first voiced that they should keep her under the pretence that she could be a threat. But the three of them knew why.

While most she-wolf could be described as hot stuff, their temper went along the looks. Especially among the high ranked she-wolves.

Omegas and general pack she-wolves were plainer looking but also the gene-pool was at best average.

Running his hand into his own hair scratching the back of his head he made a small smile.

"let's go" he simply said and added. "Oh, and don't try running away you will not like the treatment received after we catch you." He made a small I dare you to do so smile.

She, on the other hand, was not an idiot. If she ran and they catch her she knows being ruffed up will be the light option. this pack was known to kill, for the slightest offence from outsiders. She was not going to test her own luck. The simple possibility of doing so made a chill run down her spine...

She quietly followed him to the dining hall which was three houses away from where she would now live.

Entering the grand dining hall the smell of food and wolves assaulted her nostrils making her involuntarily shrink back.

She bumped back into the Gamma of the pack, he placed a hand on her shoulder making her look back at him. He held a small reassuring smile, silently promising that no one would dare attack her in front of him.

She hardly swallowed her own saliva as she turned back her gaze to the crowd that clearly had noticed her by now. They held different gaze from curious to spiteful.

She looked back at him the smile still plastered his lips as he placed his hand on the small of her back to guide her along.

Speaking softly she said. " I still don't know how I should address you." she made a meek smile trying to ignore the piercing gaze from the female population present.

He answered warmly and gently. "Damien, I am the gamma which translates to the third in command of this pack."

She nodded and moved along to the canteen counter.
