in the beginning the Fable characters left the fairytale world I came to live amongst the humans or muggles as they call them..... they settled in fabletown New York sheriff bigby wolf aka the big bad wolf is the sheriff who keeps them all in line in order not to expose the fairytale world to the muggles... things changes us fable characters begin to get murdered
